I'd give it about 4.6 stars. At first, it applies like an ordinary, unremarkable foundation, brightening the skin. But as time passes, it creates a subtle glow. It doesn't make you excessively bright. For reference, I have a complexion between shades 13-17, B00 being the lightest shade, which matches my neck and skin tone. For comparison, the lightest shade of Chanel's Camellia foundation matches my skin tone.
