After using this, my scalp turned red and swollen. I bought it from a home shopping channel, and everyone in my family complained about itchiness and refused to use it. I wish I could get a refund, or even compensation for this experience. Choosing the right shampoo is so difficult! Also, the treatment that came with it has an unpleasant scent, makes my hair stiff, and I'm really wondering what it's supposed to do.

The fragrance is the only good thing about it. Unfortunately, that's all it has going for it.

First off, the fragrance is lovely. It's not a cheap scent, that's for sure! I impulsively ordered it from a home shopping channel, and I'm loving it more and more as I use it. You know those various shampoos that come in gift sets during holidays? Sometimes when I use them sparingly (because they're gifts), they cause blemishes on my scalp. But this product? No blemishes at all! And just like in the ads, it really does wonders for maintaining my perm style. A little goes a long way too - it lathers up beautifully with just a small amount.

While it doesn't lather up very well, it's still acceptable. However, despite rinsing thoroughly, I frequently experience blemishes on my scalp, and sometimes it even becomes painful. When I briefly switched to a different shampoo, my scalp immediately improved. I'm still using this because I have a lot left from a home shopping purchase, but I never want to use it again... I'm usually not picky about shampoos, but this is the first time my scalp has deteriorated to this extent.

The fragrance is absolutely delightful. It's so long-lasting that even when I wash my hair in the morning, the scent lingers until nighttime. That's the only positive aspect I can mention.

There is a strong scent that might be a bit intense for some. Coming from milder products, I occasionally experienced moments where my eyes and nose felt a bit irritated when using this.

The lather is great and the fragrance lasts long - love it! Best of all, just shampooing leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft without any stiffness!! The softness is top-notch. It makes my hair feel smooth and calm. Even when I don't use any essence while drying my hair, that dry, straw-like feeling is significantly reduced!

The volume is quite small. I use a lot of pumps, and if you use about five pumps daily, it runs out quickly. Also, I noticed it contains some potential allergens. While I didn't have any issues, it's best to check the ingredients before buying if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

Since I have an oily scalp, I focused on how well it removes grease. For oil removal, the Breeze shampoo is the best. When I wash my hair in the morning and check in the evening, there's no greasiness at all, even in the front where it usually gets oily. Even if I skip washing for a day, it's only slightly greasy - just enough that I can still go out. The lather is great, and the scent lingers, leaving my hair feeling fresh.

The bottle is a bit small, and the pump takes some time to dispense the product. Many people mentioned issues with the pump, but I found that if you press it and wait a moment before pressing again, it works fine. Apart from the slightly inconvenient pump, it's great.

I started using this after it was recommended to me at the WithBoss Hair Salon, and I loved it so much that I repurchased. It's definitely different from other shampoos - just washing with this makes my hair feel as soft as if I've used a treatment. Highly recommend!
