It's so great that it's cruelty-free and vegan. The coverage is excellent, and the finish is so smooth and radiant. I was debating between the Glow and Steady versions, but since I have combination skin, I went with the Steady. It leaves a lovely, soft-focus look all day long! Those with oily skin can just do a light dusting of powder to keep the shine at bay.
ConsIt was a bit drying for me... The application is nice and smooth, but the dryness was an issue. And the darkening! I have to take off a star for the darkening - it seems to get a bit dull-looking over time. Also, it tends to apply a bit thicker, so you'll need to use a sponge to sheer it out nicely. Otherwise, it can accentuate any uneven texture.
TipOverall, it's a great product though! I'd love to try the cushion version too. For oily skin types, a light powder is a must!

Thank you Hwahae!💖 💙 Pigmentation I usually wear around 22-23 shade, which is a slightly darker base. For someone like me, the product came up about half a shade brighter, giving me a bright and radiant skin expression. It has a slight yellow base with a hint of gray. 💙 Coverage My base is uneven, with lots of red acne scars and a bit of redness, but the product nicely covered the redness, giving me a bright look. It also covered my main concerns, dark circles and the area around my mouth, really well. I'm so happy about it!👍👍 💙 Hydration Pumping it on the back of my hand, it's a slightly runny type and quite hydrating. It's a typical dewy and easy-to-apply product with a soft-matte finish. 💙 Longevity I've used it for over 4 days, trying it without powder, with powder, and with a setting spray, and it's been quite good. Of course, it lasts longer with powder or setting spray, but I think it's good enough even on its own. 💙 Value It's a bit pricey considering the amount, but as a student, the price is a bit burdensome.
Cons😢 Darkening I was a bit disappointed by the darkening. It looked bright when I first applied it, but after a while of wearing it, my skin started to look dull. I felt like the gray undertone was coming through. 😢 Value It's a bit pricey considering the amount, but as a student, the price is a bit burdensome.
Tip💛 Application Tools I've tried applying it with a brush, my fingers, and a puff, and I found that using my fingers to spread it and a puff to dab it on works best for me!! (Probably because that's what I'm used to) 💛 It continues to build up the brightness nicely even when applied in thin, multiple layers. Just wanted to share that tip!😁
