I was drawn in by the advertising, and I loved the packaging design and color. When I tested it on the back of my hand in-store, it seemed to settle into fine lines less than other primers, so I decided to buy it. When applying it to my entire face, it feels a bit thick but not uncomfortably so. It doesn't leave my skin feeling parched or like it might crack. The primer adheres well to the skin and does a good job of evening out my complexion. The product itself has a light pink hue, but when you blot your fingers on a tissue after application, it leaves a beige tint. As you pat it into your skin, you might notice some dark or red particles that haven't fully blended. There's also a very subtle shimmer to it. The fragrance is quite faint but pleasant. Like most primers that offer good adherence, if you don't blend it quickly by patting it in, it tends to bunch up and settle into certain areas of the skin. This seems to be an unavoidable issue with this type of product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 25, 2021
This was my first time using a primer, and I was really impressed with its performance. Amazingly, when I applied my cushion foundation over it, it adhered so much better and made my skin look even more flawless. I was skeptical at first, but now I understand why people use primers! It has a subtle pearl effect that naturally enhances your glow, so you don't need to bother with highlighter. Surprisingly, although it's pink, when you wipe it on a tissue, it looks like foundation color. I think that's why it doesn't give an intense pink cast, but instead provides a natural-looking finish. Oh my goodness, I had a feeling the ingredients might not be great, which is why I deliberately avoided checking Hwahae before buying it. But when I use this, something does come out, so I don't use it often... I feel like if I used it daily, my skin might break out. A little goes a long way, so apply it thinly and pat your cushion foundation over it. It absorbs better and looks nicer than without primer. Be careful not to apply too much, as it may cause pilling. Just use a small amount!
