It felt transparent and had an incredible cooling effect. I could detect an ocean breeze scent with hints of mint. This toner would be perfect for oily skin types and summer use. It has a lightweight formula that doesn't feel heavy on the skin. It stung quite a bit. The glow effect wasn't as noticeable as I expected. It didn't brighten my complexion, nor did it significantly help with hydration or deep dryness. While the individual ingredients seem good, the tingling sensation makes it unsuitable for super sensitive skin. A mild water-based toner, not recommended for sensitive skin types. I have oily, dehydrated, sensitive skin with some blemishes on my forehead. My skin is easily irritated and sensitive to fragrances, but this product didn't fully satisfy either concern. On the first day of use, I felt a slight burning sensation (though not severe) after application. Interestingly, on the second day, I didn't experience any discomfort. Perhaps my skin adapted? The scent is intriguing - a subtle cica fragrance with a cool undertone. It does make the skin feel soft upon application. However, it fails to address dryness and provides no hydration whatsoever. It feels like applying scented water - just a water toner, if you will. It doesn't seem effective for soothing the skin, and even with generous application or use as an exfoliating toner, there's no sense of dead skin cell removal. After cleansing, I've been using this on a cotton pad to wipe my face, and it feels nicely hydrating. Sometimes toners can cause a tingling sensation, but this one doesn't. It's gentle on my skin and doesn't cause any blemishes. It feels refreshingly cool and hydrating... I guess?! It's definitely gentle and non-irritating on the skin. Absolutely not suitable for dry skin types when used alone. It can make your skin feel tight and cracked after drying. Make sure to apply a rich moisturizer or add some facial oil before using this.
