I have dry skin, so I usually opt for moisturizing, low pH products. With this d'Alba cleanser, I didn't experience any dryness at all. There was no tightness on my face, it rolled off smoothly, and I appreciated the absence of any strong scent.
ConsGiven that it's a moisturizing product, it does leave a slightly slippery feeling after cleansing, which made me wonder if I'd cleaned my face thoroughly. Also, it doesn't lather up as much as some other cleansers. Lastly, considering the amount you get, the price point is a bit steep... sigh.
TipIt's absolutely perfect for those times when you're tired and just can't be bothered with a lengthy skincare routine!

I use Kiss Me mascara, which is usually tough to remove without an eye makeup remover. While this doesn't remove it completely, it does a much better job than most oils. True to its oil-based nature, it removes makeup gently without irritation, and has a subtle, pleasant scent. It's my first time using it, and I'm impressed! I'll definitely keep using it. It's so convenient, I highly recommend it. The packaging is cute too!
ConsIt doesn't lather as much as I expected. If you use too little water, no foam forms at all, and if you use too much, it disappears completely. Being new to this product, I'm not sure how much water to use. This isn't really a flaw with the product, but for those used to cleansing wipes or water, it might feel slippery at first, giving the impression that it's not cleaning well. I found myself rinsing excessively as a result. Just sharing this for reference!
TipIt can sting a bit if it gets in your eyes, so it's best to clean the eye area last!

I use a vibrating cleanser while lathering with water, and it seems to cleanse thoroughly! I rely on this on days when I'm too lazy for a full cleansing routine. I also found the fragrance pleasant, though it's quite strong and reminiscent of hair products! Those who prefer milder scents might not be fans.
ConsWhen rinsing at the end, I rinse at least 20 times, but there's still a slightly slippery feeling! After rinsing more, it leaves a moisturized feeling on the skin... Those who prefer a squeaky clean finish might not like this. I also noticed some blemishes appearing in areas with larger pores, which might be due to incomplete cleansing! Recommended for those who struggle with tight, dry skin after cleansing!
TipRinse thoroughly multiple times at the end!

I usually wear sunscreen, mascara, and lip gloss to work daily, and I used to do a two-step cleanse with oil first, then foam cleanser after work. But with Dalba White Trouble Return Oil Cleanser, it's a whole new world! So easy to use. The cleansing effectiveness seems great too. Even after using a toner, there's no residue left! I haven't tried it with heavy foundation yet, so I'm not sure about that. Also, my skin feels so hydrated after cleansing!
ConsThe price might be a bit steep. However, considering you'd need to buy oil and cleanser separately otherwise, this one product might be enough? After cleansing, my skin feels moisturized, but there's a slight slippery feeling... just a subtle sensation.
TipGently massage an appropriate amount onto your face, then gradually add water while continuing to massage to create a fine lather. The key is to be gentle to avoid irritating your skin.

ConsAside from being able to cleanse in one go, everything else was rather disappointing. - The all-in-one cleansing may work, but after washing my face, I don't feel as refreshed as when I do a double cleanse. If I still need to do a second cleanse, then what's the point of an all-in-one product? The finish feels a bit slippery, so I end up having to cleanse again with a cleansing foam, making the all-in-one feature meaningless. - The application is very thick and sticky. It doesn't spread smoothly, requiring a lot of effort. But even with the effort, it doesn't give a deep, refreshing cleanse. - I was expecting a hydrating all-in-one cleanser, but it just feels oily and stuffy. The formula is too thick and heavy, lacking the softness and hydration of a cream. While it does capture the textures of both oil and cream, I wish the creaminess and hydration were more pronounced. - Lastly, my disappointment is not with the product performance, but with the price. Dalla products seem to have an unreasonably high price tag. Paying almost 40,000 won for this, I don't feel motivated to repurchase at all.

Cons✔️Not recommended if you prefer a squeaky clean feeling after use ✔️May feel slippery depending on your skin type

I usually don't wear much makeup, and just apply sunscreen. I do pay attention to cleansing the sunscreen I apply every day. Basically, I have an oily complexion, but as I've entered my 30s, I feel like my skin has become quite dry. In today's terms, I would say my skin is dehydrated. On top of that, I have extremely sensitive skin. The hormonal changes are really showing on my skin. The good things were the convenient cleansing and the nice packaging. When I gently massage the first oil step, which has a texture similar to snail secretion, onto my skin, I feel like it helps dissolve the sebum really well.
ConsThe downside is that when I move on to the second step of cleansing with water and a foaming cleanser, there's a slippery feeling that keeps lingering, making me want to cleanse again. After cleansing, my skin also feels quite tight. I know you're not supposed to over-cleanse, but the lingering slippery sensation makes me feel like there's still residue left, even though it's probably just my skin barrier. I'm currently in the 7-day trial period, but I don't plan to purchase it. It wasn't terrible to use, but when I use the BRTC Cica Sun, I feel like it's not completely removed, leaving an odd sensation. I wonder why that is... So I just go back to my usual routine of using a water-based cleanser and finishing with the Dove Sensitive bar.
TipI think it would be good to use this in the morning! It could help remove the thick moisturizers, cica creams, and sleeping packs you've applied the night before.
