Transparent and lightweight formula After using only foam cleansers, this was my first time trying a gel type. While foam cleansers feel light and gentle during massage and rinse-off, I found this gel cleanser to be excellent for thorough yet gentle cleansing! (To avoid any misunderstanding, the gel type isn't more irritating at all) Personally, I loved the squeaky-clean feeling - it left my skin feeling so refreshed! 2. Subtle floral scent I'm not sure if it's exactly chrysanthemum as the product name suggests, but there's a very delicate floral fragrance, so faint you might miss it! It's unlikely to be a polarizing scent. 3. Bright and compact product design Most cleansers I've seen have chunky designs, but this one is slim and white, making it quite pretty! It would fit well with any bathroom decor! It doesn't lather at all, which feels a bit awkward when using it. While I mentioned the pretty design as a plus earlier, the downside is that it's hard to distinguish from other skincare products, so I keep accidentally using it instead of my foam cleanser! But this might just be because I haven't had it long. It's not a bubble type, but rather a smooth gel-type cleanser. There's hardly any distinct scent, and it's non-irritating. Plus, it's quite affordable, making it great for everyday use. I bought this on a friend's recommendation. It's gentle and non-irritating. I highly recommend it! I used this transparent gel formula without any irritation. It cleansed gently and didn't leave my skin feeling dry, which I found very satisfying. There wasn't really anything to complain about. Though, it might be nice if they offered a foam version as well. - du******Combination SkinApr 2, 2025
It seems gentle... The price is reasonable and the pump dispenser makes it convenient to use. The consistency isn't just a thin gel, it's more like running water. It doesn't lather well, so I'm not sure if I'm cleansing properly. There's almost no scent. This product is so gentle and affordable that I've lost count of how many bottles I've gone through! I always stock up when it's on sale. There's not really anything to complain about, but I personally prefer the foam version. I've tried other feminine hygiene products, but many have fragrances that can be hit or miss. What I love about Innisfree's is that it's unscented, so there's no issue with fragrance preferences. Most importantly, it's gentle, so I'm using it comfortably. The generous amount is a plus too! Personally, I prefer foam-type products, so I was a bit disappointed that this comes in a gel form.

It's gentle and not too harsh, making it pleasant to use. I'm using it well. Nothing really. Though if it were a bit cheaper, I might be able to buy it more often.
