This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. Scent: I liked that the fragrance wasn't overpowering. It's subtle? Almost no scent at all. Personally, I dislike toners with strong fragrances, but this one was fine! Texture: The lightweight formula doesn't feel sticky and absorbs well, which I love! Hydration: For me, the hydration level was just right. It doesn't feel heavy, so you can apply it lightly, and it might be good for touch-ups in summer. It's not very oily, so it should be suitable for those with oily skin too. Overall: The price is reasonable, and it's nice that you can apply it lightly. However, I'll need to use it more to determine its effectiveness or any special qualities. - The formula is a bit too runny, which makes it inconvenient as it drips when applying. - The moisturizing effect is somewhat lacking, so those with dry skin might find it not hydrating enough. To be honest, there aren't any major downsides. It's a decent, run-of-the-mill product. The runny texture makes it great for use as a skin pack. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinApr 3, 2020
As a proud member of The Hwahae Testers, I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to try this product first! The texture is perfectly balanced - not too runny, not too thick. It glides on smoothly, which I love. As someone with dry skin, I find it best to apply once along my skin's texture, then let the rest absorb. It doesn't feel heavy or greasy at all! While a single application with a cotton pad doesn't provide much hydration, applying it twice by hand makes a world of difference. The toner alone offers impressive moisture. In summer, three layers of this might be enough to skip essence in the morning and go straight to moisturizer. The absorption is where this product really shines! It sinks in beautifully. Even with a second layer, it leaves a glow without any stickiness. Plus, it's genuinely hydrating. To be honest, I didn't notice dramatic whitening or improvement effects from the toner alone. That's why I waited until the last day to review, hoping to see more. However, it definitely has a soothing and moisturizing effect. After finishing this bottle, I'd consider purchasing it with my own money. As you can see in the photo, I naturally have quite a few blemishes. But you can notice how my dry skin develops a subtle glow after just one application! I didn't experience any breakouts or irritation while using this product, so I can't really say there were any downsides. Here's a pro tip: When your skin feels particularly dry, mix this toner with a hydrating moisturizer and apply it as a thick mask. After a while, gently wipe off the excess and follow with a light layer of cream. Your makeup will go on beautifully over this base! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 3, 2020
The Hwahae Testers Review Texture: I loved the consistency - it's not as runny as water, but a thin watery essence with a slight viscosity. It applies lightly and finishes with a fresh feel, without any residue. After application, there's a subtle glow, and it layers well without pilling. Ingredients: I'm quite particular about skincare ingredients, and this product's formulation is gentle enough even for sensitive skin. Full marks for this! Scent: I was concerned about a ginger scent due to the ginger extract, but it has a delicate floral fragrance true to its 'White Blossom' name. It's a universally appealing scent. Packaging: The dispenser allows for good control of the amount. The simple design of the bottle is nice and seems to match well with the product's image. If you have dry skin, you might not find the hydration and moisturization levels sufficient. Also, I felt the price was slightly high for the amount, but considering the performance and ingredients, it could be reasonable - this is just my personal opinion. Recommended for those looking for a light, fresh finish or a toner that gives a subtle glow! Tip: Try using it as an exfoliating toner by applying it with a cotton pad!
