  My lips tend to be dry, so I have to apply a lip balm before using anything else, otherwise my lips will crack. But this product can be applied directly without any issues - it doesn't dry out my lips at all. It works great as a base, and looks beautiful when layered with other products. It also looks natural and pretty when worn on its own. And it doesn't easily rub off, even when I'm wearing a mask, which is really nice!
