Pros
I've been using this product for over 3 years! It removes my makeup thoroughly without irritating my skin. The best part is that it's a mildly acidic product, so my skin doesn't feel too tight after cleansing.
Cons
The only downside is that the Rebalancing line doesn't go on sale? I wish they would offer some discounts.

Pros
It seems the formula has been renewed... When I first purchased it, there were no issues, so I quickly bought it. Even though it's not on sale, I've been diligently purchasing it, and I'm already on my 3rd bottle. I feel a bit betrayed... I have sensitive skin, but once I use it, I really like the clean feeling. I've been using this cleansing water exclusively, and out of all the cleansing waters I've tried, this is the one I like the most. Other cleansing waters would leave my skin feeling dry after use, but this one leaves my skin adequately moisturized, so I don't have to worry about tightness or dryness. That's why I kept buying it, even when it wasn't on sale.
Cons
It's really disappointing that there seem to be some irritating ingredients. For cleansers and basic skincare products, the ingredients are the most important, so I'll probably stop using the ones I've been hoarding once I finish them. And it's also not on sale, so it's a bit pricey for the value. Those aspects are a bit disappointing.

It's non-irritating. I've never felt any stinging. After cleansing, it doesn't feel dry.
Cons
Heavy makeup seems to be difficult to remove. Mascara, in particular, is hard to take off.

👍The scent is not too strong. Even when using products with a stronger scent like rosemary, my skin doesn't get irritated. The scent is not absent, but subtle enough for me to use comfortably. 👍Skin protection during use I don't feel my skin drying out and losing moisture as much. 👍The cleansing power is just right. It doesn't completely remove everything in one swipe, but it does a good job of taking off basic makeup like foundation and blush.

🥲The eyeliner doesn't seem to come off easily...probably because it's been on for a long time.

☝Soak a cotton pad with a generous amount (but not dripping wet) and gently dab it on. 1. According to the skin feel standard, it was just the right amount of moisturized, not too oily or dry. Even after using water and before foam cleansing, there was hardly any oily residue, just a light and refreshing feel! 2. It's not irritating. Personally, I used it even when my skin was flushed, and it was perfectly fine. It didn't sting my eyes when it accidentally got in them. 3. The fragrance is not too strong, just subtly present, which was nice.
