I absolutely loved this product! First off, the gentle nature of this cleanser was its biggest advantage. Thanks to its low pH, it matched my skin's natural acidity perfectly. Even after cleansing, my skin felt hydrated rather than tight. It was a perfect match for my super sensitive skin. What I particularly appreciated was its bubble-free formula. Without foam, it adhered softly to my skin for effective cleansing, leaving my complexion smooth and soft afterwards. Unlike typical foam cleansers that can be overly bubbly, this one cleansed without irritation. Lastly, I felt reassured using this product due to its natural ingredients. I loved how it thoroughly cleansed without putting stress on my skin. Overall, I highly recommend this low pH bubble-free cleanser, especially for those with sensitive skin. I plan to keep using it, and I encourage you all to give it a try!
ConsWhile I generally liked the low pH bubble-free cleanser I recently used, there were a few aspects that left me wanting more. Firstly, I found its cleansing effectiveness somewhat lacking compared to other products. On days when I wore heavy makeup, it didn't seem to remove everything completely, necessitating additional cleansing. It was particularly challenging to remove waterproof products in one go, which was disappointing. Secondly, the packaging felt a bit inconvenient. The product was quite runny, making it difficult to control the amount dispensed. Sometimes, applying just a little pressure would result in too much product coming out, leading to waste. Thirdly, the scent was rather subtle for my taste. Personally, I prefer refreshing and pleasant fragrances, but this product was almost unscented, which felt a bit bland. Those who are sensitive to fragrances might find this disappointing. Lastly, the relatively high price point could be a drawback for some. When compared to other products with similar effects, I felt the cost might be burdensome for some consumers. Despite these drawbacks, I still think it's a product that offers gentle cleansing with minimal skin irritation. With some improvements, it could be even better!
TipHere are some helpful tips to summarize: 1. Use the right amount: It's crucial to use the appropriate amount of cleansing product. Using too much can cause irritation, so cleanse gently with a small amount. 2. Cleanse with lukewarm water: Using lukewarm water when cleansing minimizes skin irritation and maximizes the product's effectiveness. 3. Gentle massage: When applying the cleanser, gently massage it onto your skin with your fingertips. Avoid rubbing too hard as this can stress your skin. 4. Hydrate well after cleansing: After cleansing, make sure to apply a moisturizing cream or emulsion to prevent your skin from drying out. 5. Regular use: Low pH cleansing products help maintain your skin's pH balance, so it's beneficial to use them consistently. 6. Patch test: When trying a new product, it's always safer to first test it on a small, sensitive area to check for any skin reactions. Keep these tips in mind to maintain healthy skin!

It's fantastic for removing face makeup. I think I'll stick with this for my makeup cleansing routine from now on. Love it!
ConsHowever, as many people have mentioned, its cleansing effectiveness is a bit weak. While it removes most face makeup decently, it struggles with eye makeup. It's a bit of a hassle, but I use a separate cleansing oil for my eye makeup.

I have sensitive combination dehydrated skin. What made me realize how gentle this product is: even though I usually feel irritation from cleansing foam, this product doesn't cause any irritation after washing since it's foam-free. My skin is extremely dry with excess oil, so it's prone to dead skin cells at the slightest hint of dryness. Hydration is crucial for me. With regular cleansing foams, no matter how moisturizing they claim to be, they continuously strip moisture (especially during morning cleansing). I typically need to use sheet masks regularly to replenish moisture. However, this product removes accumulated oil while simultaneously hydrating like a mask. Unlike other cleansers, it doesn't strip moisture. As a result, my skin stays hydrated without needing extra masks, except after exfoliation. Since using this product, my dead skin cell issues have improved significantly, and my makeup applies much better.
ConsHowever, as mentioned in the description, this product alone isn't strong enough for both first and second-step makeup removal. You need to use a cleansing water or oil for the first cleanse, then follow up with this product for the second cleanse.

While using it, I could really feel how mild it is. After realizing that squeaky-clean cleansers were irritating my skin, I switched to gentler products like low pH ones. I tried this product a few months after making the switch. It comes in a slightly blue-tinted tube and has a clear, soothing gel-like consistency. You can easily check how much product is left and dispense it hygienically. You can gently massage it onto your face without any irritation. It seems to be fragrance-free, so those with sensitive noses shouldn't have any worries using it. The product's strength lies in how incredibly hydrating and refreshing it feels. You can sense the hydration while using it, and it leaves your skin feeling fresh after cleansing. The moisturizing effect is average, so if you have dry skin, I recommend following up quickly with a moisturizer after washing.
ConsThe cleansing power is a bit disappointing. While it removes light makeup well, it seems to leave some residue from heavy eye makeup or mascara. Also, since it's a foam-free product, I found it a bit confusing to figure out how much to use. Lastly, it's a shame that the cap doesn't seem to close completely tight.
TipI recommend using this product for morning cleansing, light makeup removal, or as a second cleanse in your routine.

The formula is transparent and feels moisturizing, spreading well on the skin and lathering nicely. It's quite effective at removing waterproof makeup, and even color cosmetics come off without irritation after a bit of gentle rubbing. I usually remove eye makeup separately with a dedicated cleanser as I have sensitive eyes, but apart from leaving a slight pearlescent residue, this was better than most cleansers on the market. Thanks to its hydrating properties, there's no skin tightness after cleansing, which is great. It's also gentle on the skin, causing no redness. Daily cleansing is essential even without makeup to remove impurities like fine dust, and while using this product, I experienced no heaviness, discomfort, or blemishes. I'd highly recommend this to those with super sensitive skin and combination dehydrated skin.
ConsIt's a bit disappointing that it doesn't remove waterproof products completely.

I was at a loss until I tried the Acwell Cleansing Gel on recommendation! First off, there's absolutely zero irritation! It feels like you're massaging a gel cream onto your face, which is quite pleasant. I love that it doesn't leave behind that slippery residue like oils do. Even after following up with a cleansing foam, my skin doesn't feel tight at all. It's as if I've applied a skincare product - my skin feels deeply hydrated. Long story short, I'll definitely be repurchasing this one!
ConsWell, it does struggle a bit with completely removing waterproof products in just one go. You'll need to massage it in twice to get everything off cleanly.

Even after use, there was no deep dryness, and the moisture was well-maintained. Since the product itself is a gel type, the resulting refreshing sensation was fantastic. Personally, I think it would be perfect for travel or extremely hot summer days. As someone with combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes and super sensitive skin, I'm very particular about what I put on my face. This product not only has good ingredients, but its cooling effect and hydration seemed to soothe my skin and significantly reduce redness, which I found very satisfying.
ConsThe most disappointing aspect was the cleansing effectiveness, which didn't seem particularly impressive. While it might remove light makeup like sunscreen, I suspect it would leave residue from heavier products like foundation, mascara, or eyeliner. Personally, I prefer foam cleansers that lather up and give a refreshing feel. However, despite being labeled as a gel-type foam, this product didn't produce any foam at all. This made it feel somewhat unfamiliar, and for me, it didn't really give the sensation of having thoroughly cleansed my face.
TipHighly recommended if you're looking for a gentle cleanser that provides both soothing and cooling effects, especially after your skin has been damaged from summer activities or beach trips! However, keep in mind that it might not give you that squeaky-clean feeling some people prefer.

This is the product's biggest advantage. Even after cleansing, my face feels moisturized without any tightness. I've tried many cleansing products, but this is the most hydrating one I've used so far. 2. Texture. It has a transparent, runny consistency.
Cons< Cleansing effectiveness > The product description claims it can perfectly remove makeup with a double cleanse, but its cleansing power wasn't great. While it removed base makeup after the second cleanse, it barely touched my eye makeup.
TipI recommend using this product for morning cleansing. Given its hydrating properties, it would be great for those with combination dehydrated skin like me or for those with dry skin.

First off, when I cleanse my face, it feels moisturized and refreshing. Despite being a gel type, there's no stickiness, and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated from start to finish!
ConsIt doesn't remove makeup properly... It's a cleansing gel, but it doesn't cleanse effectively... It removes base makeup, but be aware that it can't handle Kiss Me mascara...
TipIt's best to remove eye makeup separately and then use this for an overall cleanse.

Surprisingly good cleansing effectiveness. I usually only use B-Lab Matcha Hydrating Foam, but I used this cleansing gel for 2 weeks, morning and night. I didn't get any new blemishes, and my skin actually felt calmer. It's a great alternative to the matcha foam. 2. Gentle enough for massaging into the skin without irritation.
Cons1. The ingredients list is disappointing. The higher up an ingredient is listed, the more of it there is in the product, and the PEG ingredients are... (no comment) 2. It's not great at removing makeup. I tested it on some makeup swatches, and while my products might not be the easiest to remove... the cleansing power is much weaker than I expected. It barely removed the Peripera mascara and Merzy pen liner. The Lilybyred tint came off almost completely, but the Swaniko BB cream left residue that's not visible in the photo. It did remove most of the Pencil Aralang eyebrow pencil. Conclusion: It's gentle and good as an alternative to B-Lab Matcha Foam or for a light cleanse, but it contains a lot of PEG ingredients, so I won't repurchase. If the ingredients were better, I would have bought it again. Still, it's not a bad product to try once. I'm just particularly sensitive to ingredients, but the product itself performs well.
TipAbsolutely DO NOT scrub hard! Use your middle and ring fingers to gently massage in circular motions, as if you're touching a baby's skin. Also, if you like foam, don't buy this. It doesn't lather at all. After rinsing your face with water, squeeze out an amount about the size of a quarter onto your hand. Apply it to your face and massage gently. Roll it around for 1-2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
