The scent is incredibly pleasant, and the thick honey-like texture makes it easy to apply without being too runny. It's great for massaging the skin, and after cleansing, the skin feels plump and hydrated!!! This is a product I always keep stocked and use regularly!
Cons
The price range is a bit high... I really stock up on it at the duty-free shops...

Scoop out a generous amount and thoroughly massage it into the skin with both hands to melt it evenly. Then, add a bit of water to emulsify it into a milky white consistency, and continue rolling it on the face before rinsing. This is my at-home healing time!

Pros
First of all, the mildness is the best! The subtle fragrance makes me feel good^_^ After cleansing, the finish is not dry but moisturized, so it's the best for those with dry skin.
Cons
There's not really any disappointing point, but if you don't cleanse thoroughly and just wash your face, there's a feeling that it's not completely removed! There's also a bit of oiliness left.

The only downside would be the price ㅜ.ㅜ I purchase it through direct import.

Ugh.... This is really great....ㅠㅠ This is a cleansing balm highly recommended for dry skin. After using it, there is a moisturized feeling like you've done a nourishing pack. Even the scent is so good, it seems to have an aromatherapy effect as well.
Cons
The 'moisturized' feeling doesn't mean an intense refreshing sensation, so I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin. I barely wear makeup and when I used this before, I was able to remove it well even with a light application, but for those who use waterproof makeup heavily, I'm not sure how it would work. The expensive price is also a downside. I bought the large size because I liked it after trying it.
Tip
Oh right... There's also that muslin cloth that used to be popular and comes with some cleansing balms. If you use that while cleansing, you can get exfoliation along with the cleansing, and the refreshing sensation that this product may lack.

The all-in-one wash is capable of cleansing, and after washing, there's no need for foam cleansing as it feels squeaky clean. It's also an aromatic balm, so the melting sensation is soothing, and when rinsing with water, it feels like a massage. The advantage is that it's not irritating even for sensitive skin. After washing, the surface feels squeaky clean, but the inside is still moisturized, so even after heavy makeup, it can be wiped off in one go. :) Personally, I've been using this product for almost 8 years.
