A small amount of this cleanser works very well. When removing eye makeup with oil, it would sometimes sting my eyes, but this solid balm formula is less likely to get into the eyes. Other cleansing balms have irritated my eyes, but I didn't feel any discomfort with this product. When you rub the solid balm and then add a bit of water, it transforms into an oil and rinses off cleanly with just water, leaving my skin feeling refreshed. As a sensitive skin user, I would often get redness from using oil cleansers on cotton pads, but this seems to be very gentle on my skin. I highly recommend this product!
