ProsPersonally, I found it to be better than Boil. While it doesn't seem to dramatically tackle blackheads, after using it my skin feels incredibly smooth and fresh!
ConsThere's not really anything disappointing to mention... They're just making me write more than 20 characters!

ProsThe best feature of this oil balm is that it doesn't run, which was incredibly convenient. I had severe blackheads, but with consistent use, I was delighted to see them gradually fading away.

I'm not sure if it's because of this product or the foaming cleanser with mild acidic pH, but my nose blackheads have disappeared a lot, so I'm happy that my friends are asking me how I got rid of the blackheads❤️🔥

I liked how it melted and disappeared into my skin.
They said this cleansing balm doesn't have an emulsifier, but when it gets wet, it becomes a white, oily emulsion...
I bought it to use as a daily makeup remover.
They said the scent is not great, but I barely noticed any scent - it was almost unscented. I don't think I've ever thought the scent was bad.
ConsThey didn't include a spatula, and the heart-shaped brush has to be purchased separately, which is a bit disappointing since it's quite large.

ProsUsing it three times a week, the bumpy feeling on the skin seems to fade away a bit. With consistent use, it effectively removes blackheads.
ConsThe fact that you have to scoop it out with your hands is a bit disappointing. It gets on your hands and doesn't feel very hygienic.
TipI received a silicone brush as a free gift, and it's quite nice. I recommend purchasing it together with the product when it's available.

Pros1. I originally purchased it to remove blackheads, and when I applied the product and massaged it, the oil balm was not too irritating to my nose, which I liked. (I did not use the included silicone brush.)
2. The cleansing power was not bad and was fairly average.
Cons1. I scooped out the oil balm with my hands to use it, but it was quite inconvenient to do so. That's probably why they included the silicone brush, but I lost it so I couldn't try it out.
2. Since it's in a jar, the oil balm would slowly seep out through the cracks, and the plastic lid started to peel up (it started happening about a month and a half after I opened it).
3. While it is a rinse-off product, the strong herbal scent was personally not something I enjoyed.

ProsThe sorbet-like texture transforms into an oil-based formula when cleansing the skin with temperature. I usually apply makeup quite heavily, so I've been cleansing in steps with cleansing tissues, cleansing foam, and cleansing oil. But lately, as I've been dealing with atopic dermatitis and sensitive skin, the cleansing process has become increasingly irritating and stinging. So, I tried a cleansing balm for the first time, and it worked amazingly well - it removed my makeup thoroughly without leaving my skin feeling dry. The balm texture glides on beautifully without any irritation.
ConsThe cleansing balm itself is a product that melts in the hands, which I didn't really like. But I just noticed that it comes with a heart-shaped brush, so using that together should work well.
TipAt first, I couldn't get my mascara to come off, but then I realized that just rubbing it gently with my fingertips makes it wipe off easily.
