As someone with dry skin and lots of freckles (blemishes), I'm really satisfied with how well this covers compared to other products. I've been using it for 5 years now, and it seems to suit my skin well as I haven't had any major issues. Since this BB cream has a moisturizing formula, I find it works great when I apply it over a solid skincare base and sunscreen. I've noticed that using a hydrating sunscreen underneath makes my skin look extra glowy, while a matte sunscreen creates a perfect balance of dewy and matte finish that I absolutely love. - Given its excellent coverage and moisturizing nature, it tends to transfer a bit when wearing a mask. However, this might be more noticeable to me because I have a lot of freckles. Those with fewer blemishes might find it less of an issue. - As mentioned earlier, due to its hydrating formula, it can make your face look quite dewy over time. Some might even say it borders on looking slightly oily. - One downside is that the color tends to shift to a lighter, grayish tone as time passes, which is a bit disappointing. To get the best results, I make sure to apply a solid skincare base, followed by a matte sunscreen before applying the BB cream. This combination gives my face a nice glow while maintaining a perfect balance between dewy and matte, which I find works really well. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 25, 2021
I've been using this BB cream for 5 years now. First off, it's incredibly moisturizing and doesn't make my skin look cakey. It also brightens my complexion and gives me that healthy skin look. As someone with oily skin and a lot of redness, I find the coverage to be absolutely fantastic! After a few hours, it does oxidize a bit, making my skin look darker. Also, it doesn't adhere to the skin as well as I'd like. Before putting on a mask, make sure to use a makeup fixer or set it with powder. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 18, 2020
This product offers incredible value for money. When applied over primer, it makes your complexion look amazing. It feels moisturizing during application, but leaves a nice matte finish afterwards. I really like it! It tends to break down throughout the day... When touching up, it doesn't blend well, so I use a different product for touch-ups. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinSep 3, 2020
The coverage is really excellent and it's so moisturizing that it doesn't dry out even in winter It tends to transfer easily and doesn't have great staying power, so you need to reapply frequently If you apply BB cream first and then set it with powder, it lasts longer and transfers less - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 9, 2020
It absorbs well and feels moisturizing. Just a small amount spreads easily, making it suitable for men to use too. As long as you choose the right shade for your complexion and apply it properly, I don't think you'll find any drawbacks. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 28, 2019
It's moisturizing and absorbs well. It truly lives up to its name. It covers skin imperfections flawlessly. For my dry skin, it's an absolute perfect match! I have sensitive cheeks due to redness, but I'm satisfied as it causes almost no blemishes! Even when layered, it doesn't pill, so I really can't find any downsides. I apply this after using Atoderm as my base skincare! It goes on very smoothly. It works great with BB cream too! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 17, 2019
Honestly, I don't think anything can match its coverage. It applies smoothly, leaving the skin feeling moisturized and firm. Ever since I first tried it, I've been using this exclusively. I'm still using it, but... Before I developed blemishes, it applied nicely and kept my skin hydrated. However, after getting blemishes, it feels a bit heavy when I apply it, and it seems to make my blemishes worse. If you're prone to blemishes, you might want to think twice about using this. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 5, 2019
First off, I love how smoothly it applies. My skin tends to get extremely dry during seasonal changes, so I really appreciate how moisturizing this is. Plus, I didn't notice any darkening effect. The shade 21 is incredibly light. I accidentally bought the wrong shade, and it applies way too white... what a bummer. Also, after using it for two days, I developed some blemishes. I usually break out when I use Hanskin BB cream, which contains shea butter - an ingredient that doesn't agree with my skin. This BB cream doesn't have shea butter, so I'm not sure what's causing the issue. I'll keep using it for a few more days just to be sure. I've been a BB cream nomad for almost a year now... sigh. If anyone has any good recommendations, please let me know. I'm desperate! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinOct 3, 2019
This is my go-to BB cream! It feels moisturizing when applied and adheres perfectly to my face, giving a great skin appearance. After application, it has a slightly powdery finish, so it doesn't wear off easily. I look radiant even without touch-ups! Depending on my skin condition, there are days when it might cause blemishes, but I just can't give up on this BB cream! Also, the color has a slightly grayish tint, and shade #1 is quite light, so you need to be careful about blending it well with your neck. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 26, 2019
I've been using this since high school. Even though I've switched to other compacts because BBs can be inconvenient to carry around, I always come back to this product. The coverage is amazing! It makes my skin look smooth, the quantity is generous, and it has great staying power. The BB cream doesn't separate, and in my experience, it feels more hydrating than the compacts I've used. Buy it twice, buy it three times! It does turn a bit ashy later on, but isn't that typical of BB creams? Other than that, I'm extremely satisfied! More of a tip than a hack... After applying toner and emulsion, I squeeze out a bit onto my hand, dab it on my cheeks, nose, forehead, and chin. Don't forget the neck to avoid color differences. Then I pat it in with a puff.
