The pumps were often defective. I purchased 4 of the largest capacity products, including body and hair products, but 2 of them had pump malfunctions.

There was a rattling sound, so I thought it was normal and tried to pump it, but the pumping did not work.

The products were a bit old, so I ended up using the pumps from the already used containers, but the treatment was not a watery formula, so it was difficult to dispense without the pump.

Also, when I dispensed it onto my hand, the cherry blossom scent was very strong, but when I actually used it on my hair, the fragrance was barely noticeable.

The product was a great value, as it was high-capacity, reasonably priced, and frequently discounted, so I decided to purchase a backup. 
When it was first opened, it had a strong cherry blossom scent, but it was not unpleasant. The lotion-like texture also provided good spreadability.

I gently manage the ends of my hair with a small amount from the lovely bottle, pumping it once. While it's not extremely moisturizing, it's still better than not using anything.
