There were many cases of faulty pumps. I bought 4 of the largest sizes, including body and hair products, but 2 had broken pumps. They made a rattling sound, so I tried inserting them thinking it was normal, but they wouldn't pump. Since I had bought them a while ago, I used pumps from empty containers instead. However, since the treatment isn't as fluid as water, it was difficult to dispense without a pump. Also, while the cherry blossom scent was strong when dispensed onto my hand, I could barely smell it after applying it to my hair.

It's a great value product with a large volume and frequent discounts on an already affordable price. I'm glad I bought one as a backup. When first opened, it has a strong cherry blossom scent, but it's not unpleasant. The emulsion-like texture absorbs well into the skin.

Use it only on the ends of your hair. It's richer than expected, so it might make your hair greasy if overused.

I deducted one star because, as mentioned in other reviews, the scent doesn't last as long as expected and isn't particularly special. Especially the baby powder fragrance, which smells too much like men's aftershave, which is quite disappointing.

That was quite disappointing.

Well, it felt similar to other treatments, but there was something about it that seemed to make my hair feel firmer and more resilient.
