Pros
The product was a great value, as it was high-capacity, reasonably priced, and frequently discounted, so I decided to purchase a backup. When it was first opened, it had a strong cherry blossom scent, but it was not unpleasant. The lotion-like texture also provided good spreadability.

The pumps were often defective. I purchased 4 of the largest capacity products, including body and hair products, but 2 of them had pump malfunctions. There was a rattling sound, so I thought it was normal and tried to pump it, but the pumping did not work. The products were a bit old, so I ended up using the pumps from the already used containers, but the treatment was not a watery formula, so it was difficult to dispense without the pump. It's become incredibly soft and fluffy. I used up the hair pack I was using before and bought a new one, and it's affordable and I like it. Just using this makes my hair look better, so lately I haven't been applying any essence either. The scent is different from what I expected, but I like it.

The fragrance is so, so lovely (I like this better than baby powder scent..) It's also affordable, so I can use it generously. After using it, my hair immediately becomes soft.

Even a very small amount can be used, and it feels incredibly soft. It seems like I won't need to use a serum after using this. I happened to purchase it in the summer, but I think it would be amazing to use in the winter. So far (after using it for about 3 months), I haven't had any skin troubles. At this rate of use (twice a day shampooing), it seems like it will last over a year, so the cost-effectiveness is quite good. The fragrance is nice. I think it won't have much of a love-hate reaction.

I was just using it without any issues, but when I came here to leave a review, I saw the ingredients and was shocked... If I had checked the ingredients first, I might not have bought it. It's very soft, even with just a small amount, but if you don't rinse it out thoroughly enough, it can be quite heavy and potentially cause skin troubles for some people.
