I'm actually relieved that it doesn't have that oddly intense cooling effect you get with some drugstore brands. I use my Medicube device to help it absorb, then after cleansing (which is easy, by the way), I finish with D'Mare ampoule and Aestura. Usually, if I don't apply enough product, my skin feels dry, but this time it felt comfortable without being sticky.

The scent is a bit off-putting. It's somewhat reminiscent of my dad's aftershave, and you can still catch whiffs of it even after washing. However, it's not so bad that it makes the product unusable.
