  Pros

  The absorbs well and definitely gives a feeling of coating the skin surface, so there's no dryness after application! I used to use the ampoule from the same line before it was discontinued, and it had a really great brightening effect... They say it contains the maximum amount of niacinamide, which is probably why. Please bring back the ampoule too!

  Cons

  The day after using it, I got a huge blemish! I have sensitive combination dehydrated skin, but I didn't expect such an immediate reaction. I suspect it's because of the silicone-based ingredients that create a barrier on the skin... It was so moisturizing and nice, what a shame. I'd recommend this to those with non-sensitive dry skin...

  Tip

  Best for non-sensitive dry skin types... If other skin types need to use it, apply a thin layer sparingly instead of slathering it on

  Pros

  Packed with hydration! The texture is so moisturizing. When I apply it generously like a sleeping mask, my face doesn't feel dry and flaky after washing it the next morning.

  Cons

  I'm not sure about its brightening effects... When I applied it thickly like a mask and spent the next day lounging at home without washing my face, I noticed some blemishes appearing (I only use a cleansing foam in the evening and an exfoliating toner in the morning).

  Tip

  While it's not heavy, mixing it with a thin essence made it even more hydrating. I wouldn't recommend using it with oil though (like rosehip oil).

  Pros

  Well... there weren't any particularly good points, but if I had to pick one, I guess it would be the price? At 6,900 won, it's quite affordable. You can still get it for the same price if you check Wemakeprice now.

  Cons

  First off, it doesn't seem to absorb very well. And every time I use this, I get some blemishes. When I checked the ingredients on Hwahae, I found out there are four ingredients that sensitive skin types should be cautious about. If you have super sensitive skin, I really think it's best to avoid this product.
