It's great that it's not irritating, and even if it occasionally gets in the eyes, it doesn't cause much discomfort. I also like that it has a pleasant scent without any concerning ingredients listed. We use it for our 22-month-old baby, and it works well as an all-in-one shampoo too. Before, we were using unscented bath products, and I was worried about body odor in the summer, but I think we've found a good solution. The texture is pleasantly firm yet smooth when applied. Its moisturizing power is remarkably good. There don't seem to be any drawbacks, but if I had to find one, it would be that it's only available through direct overseas purchase. I've been using this product consistently up to my child's 3rd birthday. It has a pleasant scent, doesn't cause any blemishes, and lathers well. The only downside might be that it's slightly pricier than other products. We've been using this for our child since they were a newborn. After trying other products, we always came back to this one, and we're still using it now that they're in third grade. However, as their skin is starting to produce more sebum, I'm looking for a suitable children's product to switch to. There's nothing to complain about. Even though it's an international product, these days we can receive it quickly thanks to fast shipping. It's a shame to switch, as this was the only product that worked well for us. I love how gentle and non-irritating it is. It's wonderful that the fragrance is pleasant without harmful ingredients. The application is smooth, the scent is uplifting, and it provides great hydration! The price is wickedly high. We've been nomads in the baby bath product world since our little one was born, but we've finally found our home with California Baby. Other products claiming to be gentle often caused our baby's sensitive skin to break out in bumps, but we've never had that issue with California Baby. I bought this because I liked that it's free of harmful ingredients. It has a pleasant herbal scent that's quite refreshing. The strong scent while washing fades away quickly. I suppose that means it's gentle on the skin?

This shampoo is absolutely fantastic! The fragrance is incredibly pleasant, and I find myself wanting to use it continuously. I definitely plan to repurchase. Since I have long hair, I need to use quite a lot of product, which means I have to buy it frequently. I'm very satisfied with how gently this cleanses my baby with atopic skin, without causing any dryness. There's not really anything to complain about, except that the pump dispenser can get a bit messy when used.
