During winter, my regular stretch mark cream wasn't providing enough hydration, so I bought this oil too! It's unscented and non-sticky, which is great because I can apply it daily after showering without feeling greasy. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. Considering the price, it's a great product for pregnant women to use even after giving birth. - wl*******Dehydrated SkinInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 6, 2025
Atopam Maternity Care Massage Oil primarily focuses on protecting and hydrating the skin of expectant mothers. Composed of naturally-derived ingredients, this oil minimizes skin irritation and helps maintain soft, moisturized skin. Advantages: 1. Hydration effect: The oil penetrates deeply into the skin, providing moisture and preventing dryness. 2. Improves skin elasticity: With consistent use, it enhances skin elasticity, helping to alleviate skin stretching that can occur during pregnancy. 3. Natural ingredients: Free from artificial fragrances and colorants, making it safe for sensitive skin. 4. Texture: Its smooth and lightweight consistency makes it easy to apply without leaving a sticky residue. Overall assessment: Atopam Maternity Care Massage Oil is an excellent choice for maintaining the skin health of pregnant women. It offers outstanding hydration and elasticity-improving effects, and its safe ingredients allow for worry-free use. However, it may be somewhat pricey, so consider your budget when purchasing. Generally, it's a product worth recommending. Drawbacks: 1. Price: It tends to be more expensive compared to other massage oils. 2. Scent: Depending on personal preference, some may find the fragrance a bit strong. - iy******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 8, 2025
It absorbs lightly and feels nice. There's a subtle scent. I recommend it! It's a bit weak on hydration and feels so light that I'm not sure if it's really effective. - be*****Combination SkinRecommendedOct 24, 2024
It absorbs well without feeling sticky. The scent is also quite tolerable. For daily users, the amount is small and runs out quickly. I wish it came in a larger size. - da*********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 24, 2024
I received this as a gift and used it. Since I'm not prone to blemishes, I didn't experience any breakouts! Still, it seems to have helped prevent potential skin issues! The scent is aromatic, which can be hit or miss for some people! Nevertheless, I managed to use it well! - ch********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedOct 20, 2024
I'm 16 weeks pregnant. My belly is starting to show, and true to the season of abundance, I'm gaining weight regardless of the baby. I tend to gain weight in my stomach and thighs, so I'm paying extra attention to those areas when applying products. Since I have very dry skin and my belly will be at its biggest during winter, I'm concerned about keeping my skin moisturized to prevent stretch marks. I chose to buy Atopalm Maternity Oil because I knew from the Hwahae app that they sell gentle products with good ingredients. As far as I know, Illiyoon and Atopalm are the most popular brands among pregnant women, aside from department store brands. That's why I decided to purchase my first stretch mark cream from Atopalm. I quickly used up a whole tube of stretch mark cream, but as my skin started to get drier, I felt like I needed to apply oil along with it. So now I'm using both the stretch mark cream and oil together. Compared to department store brands, the price is reasonable. However, if you remove the word 'pregnancy' from the equation, regular body oils are much cheaper. So I feel a bit disappointed that this might be a marketing tactic. Tips: I keep it in the bathroom. After showering, I apply it to the necessary areas without drying off. Then I pat dry with a towel, and once my skin is slightly dry, I apply the stretch mark cream on top. - en*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 31, 2024
I compared the Atopalm Care Massage Oil extensively with other products before buying, and I think I've found my go-to. It's fragrance-free and absorbs really well. It seems a bit challenging to expect deep hydration from oil alone. - hy*******Combination SkinDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 31, 2024
I received this product as a gift and I'm using it in combination with an emulsion, not on its own. Since it's fragrance-free, it's great for mixing with other products. It would be nice if there was a larger size available! 120ml feels a bit insufficient for someone who uses it daily. - po********Normal SkinRecommendedJul 8, 2024
It seems like a good, reliable product that's easy to use. I bought it and continue to use it regularly. I expected it to be more moisturizing, but the hydration power was weaker than I thought. - tn*********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 12, 2024
The best thing about this product is its affordable price point! I casually picked it up from Cou* due to its accessibility, and I've been surprisingly satisfied with it. Initially, a friend recommended the Atopalm Maternity Care Stretch Mark Cream, which I tried first. While I was content with the cream, it felt a bit too thick. Feeling it wasn't quite enough, I bought the massage oil from the same line and started using them together - oil first, then cream. It's a huge plus that you can buy two reliable brand products without breaking the bank. The quick absorption is another great feature. Usually, massage oils need ample time to sink in, which can be a hassle for daily use and might discourage regular application. While I can't compare it to the oil I used during my first pregnancy, this one seems to absorb quite well. It doesn't spread easily on dry skin, but you can generously apply it without feeling greasy. Lastly, the scent is not overpowering. The product page mentions a subtle aroma, but I barely notice it, perhaps because I mainly use it on my belly. Maybe it's because pregnancy has made me more sensitive to smells? Either way, as someone who isn't particularly into fragrances, I appreciate that the scent doesn't bother me at all. While it's good value for money, I wish the bottle was larger since I use it so generously. Since it's an oil, if you have the time, it might be better to apply it in the bathroom after showering while your skin is still damp. This could improve absorption, make massaging easier, and help with portion control. I always end up applying it hastily, which is why I go through it so quickly!
