As someone with clumsy hands, I find drawing eyebrows incredibly challenging. I'm so relieved this set includes a brush! To be honest, I bought it mainly because I was eyeing the brush. There wasn't anything particularly bad. The color is versatile, it applies well, and the brush is excellent. Just quickly sketch your eyebrows with the pencil, then use the brush to blend, and voila! It sets beautifully. - je******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 6, 2021
Well... the color seems okay and there's a lot of product... It was heavily discounted... I'm not really sure what else to say. This is supposed to be an eyebrow mascara, but it feels more suited for head hair rather than body hair, which is closer to what eyebrow hair is like. For someone like me with short, sparse brows, it absolutely fails to do its job! Even though I got it cheap, I still feel like I wasted my money. It's as if I paid this price just for a gratis brush. I'd rather use a regular mascara-like eyebrow product. The brush? The gaps between the bristles are too wide and ineffective... I'd guess they're about 1mm apart, which is much wider than the thickness of a hair. Anyway, this is definitely not for eyebrows. I'd rather just dye my brows instead. - sy*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 10, 2021
My honest review after buying with my own money: I think it really suits dyed hair well. The color matches my hair perfectly, so I'm super happy with it. It even covers the eyebrows, making it look more natural. I used to use an auto pen, but my eyebrows stayed black, which didn't look great. Despite being a liquid, it's not too intense, which I love. You don't want to end up with those embarrassing cartoon-like eyebrows! It's super easy to apply if you control the amount well. The plastic tip is pointed, making it easy to draw. I'll definitely be repurchasing this! There wasn't really anything to complain about. I got it for such a great price and I'm really happy with it. Just make sure you control the amount well when applying. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 21, 2021
I picked this up during a buy-one-get-one-free deal at Olive Young. I'm currently using it to set my eyebrows. It's a bit tricky to control the amount. If you twist it all the way, you get too much product, but if you only twist it halfway, it's not quite enough. Also, the price is pretty steep. - ry****Dry SkinEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsNov 17, 2020
I've been using eyebrow pencils, powder shadows, and mascara together, but when I ran out of my pencil, I decided to try this comb-type eyebrow product. I was intrigued by the claim that it could handle both color and line definition in one go, so I gave it a shot. My eyebrows are naturally dark and well-shaped, so I don't need to draw them in completely. I mainly focus on filling in sparse areas and slightly lightening the color to match my hair. First off, applying color with the wide surface is quite convenient. The comb also coats the eyebrow hairs, giving an effect similar to using an eyebrow mascara. After using multiple products before, it's a real time-saver to have everything in one. I prefer to extend my eyebrows a bit at the ends, but I'm finding it challenging to create that tapered look with this product. The instructions suggest holding the comb vertically to draw the tail, but if there's not enough product, nothing comes out. If there's too much, it clumps and creates a blunt end. It'll take some practice to get the hang of it. Also, it's a bit tricky to achieve precise, delicate lines. I imagine this would be quite difficult for someone with sparse brows or undefined shapes. While it's not terrible, I'm not completely satisfied. Once I finish this product, I plan to go back to using a pencil. For convenience, I recommend using this product for the wider parts of the brows and a pencil for defining the tails. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 23, 2020
Feels easy for beginners to use. You just need to swipe it on your eyebrows, so it's convenient! (I got it for free from Lalavla since I shop there often) Controlling the amount is essential! (When I first used it, I twisted it too much and a lot came out...) - ck****Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsJun 25, 2020
I like that it's shorter than pen-type eyeliners, so it fits snugly in my makeup pouch. The comb-like applicator is great for shaping my eyebrows with quick strokes. The twist-up design makes it hard to control how much product comes out. Too much comes out at once, making it clumpy if used directly. It's a hassle to wipe off excess on a tissue. The asymmetrical comb shape results in uneven application - one side applies too much product, while the other doesn't apply enough. It's not easy to use as a traditional eyebrow pencil. I'd recommend using it more as a brow mascara. - dm********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRednessRecommendedJun 24, 2020
The staying power is no joke! While the color was a bit dark for my eyebrows, I found that if I applied it carefully, it looked quite natural. The best part? It doesn't smudge off and leaves a nice, matte finish. I wish there were more color options besides just brown shades. Also, the thin applicator can be a bit uncomfortable on the skin after prolonged use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 22, 2020
1. Price! I bought this eyebrow pencil along with an eyeliner for just 10,000 won during a Lohb's sale! That's why I think the value for money of this eyebrow pencil is absolutely fantastic++! 2. The rubber-like tip at the end! I absolutely loved this feature!! As you can see in the photo, there's a comb part, and what I'm talking about is the pointy bit at the very end! It's really convenient for application, and you can use it to groom your brows afterwards too. And because it's made of a rubber-like material, it doesn't hurt at all! 3. Staying power The staying power is exactly what I like+ As time passes, it feels like it naturally blends in..? But don't worry, it doesn't actually disappear completely haha. At first, it feels a bit wet? But later, that wetness goes away, leaving a soft, powdery finish! 4. Product control This has both pros and cons! It's easy to adjust the amount by twisting, so you can easily get a lighter or darker application, whatever you prefer! 4. Product control The downside is that the amount of product that comes out can vary when you twist it... So it's best to carefully observe the comb part while twisting! You can twist it using the back part shown in the photo. When applying the eyebrow pencil, go with the direction of hair growth, and at the end, do one stroke in the opposite direction for finishing! This isn't absolutely necessary, but if you have a spoolie brush, doing this once will make it look much more natural! - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedNov 5, 2019
Creates natural-looking eyebrows and has a beautiful color. It's my first time trying the Kiss Me Heavy Rotation Color & Line Comb Eyebrow, and it's pretty good. The only downside I can point out is that the lead is a bit short. Since it's my first time using it, I'll need to try it a few more times to really know.
