I've been using this product for years now. It covers my roots well and has great color payoff. It does transfer a bit, but honestly, I have no complaints at all. - ke******Combination SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 6, 2023
I bought this to use when doing a ponytail or to cover my M-shaped hairline. You just need to lightly tap it on. It covers naturally, and after using it for a while, you can even gently rub it in without spraying and it still looks natural! It's great for everyday use. Since you have to tap it on, there's some excess powder that can fly around, making it difficult to carry when going out. As expected, it's not very resistant to sweat or water. - yd********Normal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 17, 2022
It's easy to use and stays on the hair longer than expected! It doesn't take much time to apply, and you can conveniently use it even when you're out and about. Depending on your skill level, if you apply too much, it can run a bit. Unfortunately, that's unavoidable with hair powder products, which is a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedJan 16, 2022
It applies easily with just a few taps on the scalp and has great staying power. The difference between using it and not using it is quite noticeable! I use it daily and haven't experienced any blemishes. The powder is so fine that after tapping it on, it seems to float in the air. Even though you can't see it, when I wipe my vanity with a wet wipe, a lot of powder comes off. - ha********Normal SkinRecommendedOct 27, 2021
Longevity It lasts quite a while. I applied it in the morning, and even after touching my hair at night, it transferred to my hands, which surprised me with its staying power. Quantity You get a lot of product. One purchase will last you for a long time. Natural look It doesn't look overdone. I like that it comes with a puff, which makes it convenient to use. I didn't really have any issues. If I had to pick something, maybe the mirror on the lid is a bit useless... haha! If you're on the fence, go ahead and buy it! I've swatched the powder on my finger in the photo. That's pretty much the color you can expect. - da********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 29, 2021
Wow, this has better coverage and staying power than most hair puffs or hair cushions out there! There's quite a bit of excess powder that flies around. You need to be careful with the amount you apply, as it can look obvious if you use too much. - di*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 19, 2021
I've been using this for over a month now, and here's my review comparing it with Mamonde's product. I'm in my 20s, but I have thin hair and not much volume. What bothers me most is that the roots where my bangs start have less hair, showing a lot of white scalp. Also, when I tie my hair in a ponytail, the sides look sparse. If you have similar concerns, you know how troublesome this can be... especially since you don't really notice until someone points it out or you see a photo. That's why I started looking for hair puffs and ended up buying both this one and Mamonde's. While others will likely cover the general aspects, I'll focus on comparing this with Mamonde's product. First off, Mamonde's is great for on-the-go, while this one is perfect for home use. Unlike Mamonde's, you just need to pat this on, making it very convenient to use. Plus, there's no risk of breakage, and you get a lot more product, which is great. I have thin hair that's not completely black, so I bought the dark brown shade. If you have thin hair and haven't dyed it, this color should suit you well! It covers nicely and doesn't cause any itching or blemishes afterward. It also doesn't clump up. This product isn't great for precise application. It's more of a 'pat and cover' style, which provides good coverage but can transfer easily. It's not an issue for me since I don't touch the area much and it's not a large area, but it does transfer more than Mamonde's because it also coats the hair strands. So it's important to control the amount you use. It's not easy to carry around. It's quite bulky, and honestly, I'm not sure why it has a mirror on top. It's best to keep this at home for use. Don't pat too many times! About 4-5 taps should provide enough coverage, so don't overdo it! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 17, 2021
My mother received this as a gift and loved it so much she bought another one. She says there's nothing bad about it. Please keep selling it! - wj**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 3, 2021
When you're in a rush, there's no need to apply it separately. Just open the lid, pat it on, and a generous amount comes out, taking care of everything in one go. Unfortunately, using this product causes blemishes to appear exactly where it's applied. Also, I've found the lid sometimes comes loose, which is frustrating. As much as I love The Face Shop, I can't recommend this one. - gy*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 29, 2021
I'm on my third bottle because I'm so satisfied with the price, quantity, and how it naturally fills in without clumping when I tap it on. It lasts a long time too! While I'm very satisfied with this product, there's one thing that's a bit disappointing... I always get blemishes where I've applied it. Could it be because the particles are so fine that they clog the pores if not washed off immediately after use? Rather than using it to create a hairline, it seems best suited for filling in areas where hair is sparse but present. This approach will give you a more natural look!
