I've been using it for a month, and it's truly the best gentle scalp shampoo for hair loss prevention! After trying other products, I used the new growth serum and Densifique ampoule, loved them, and decided to get the full set with the shampoo. The synergy seems to have doubled! My hair feels softer, and the fragrance suits me perfectly. I'm completely satisfied! Personally, I think I have great chemistry with the Densifique lineup. There's no irritation at all, and I feel my scalp and hair becoming healthier, which is fantastic!

It's not really a downside, but unlike typical scalp products, this one doesn't have any cooling or fresh feeling. Instead, it feels a bit heavy. Strangely, on rainy or humid days, it's a completely different story. My scalp tingles, and worst of all, it absorbs so much moisture that my hair becomes a frizzy, tangled mess. For extremely damaged hair, it can make it feel like it's breaking. If you use this after a straightening treatment, it feels like it's undoing the effect. For those with very curly hair, it can make it dry and frizzy like a 'bomb' went off.

I'm on my second bottle now. It really brings life to my hair volume! For best results, use it with the mask from the same line. Be careful though, using a heavy treatment after this can reduce the volume effect. It's great for controlling scalp odor too.
