Pros
I've been using this product from mid-February to April this year. I have combination dehydrated skin that's prone to blemishes depending on the product. The texture is light and smooth, making it easy to apply. It absorbs well while maintaining hydration. It's great for sensitive skin as it doesn't cause irritation and effectively addresses deep dryness. I recommend it as it seems suitable for all skin types without restrictions.
Cons
While it's nice that refill options are available, it would be great if they also offered an extra-large size version.
Tip
Using it together with Gokujyun skin toner and moisturizer creates a synergistic effect for even better results.

Pros
I'm absolutely obsessed with Hada Labo Gokujyun - I even went to Japan just to buy it! Despite being an emulsion, it's incredibly lightweight and absorbs instantly, leaving my skin feeling like it's hugging the product. As someone with combination and super sensitive skin, I often get blemishes even from gentle ingredients. However, Hada Labo's overall light and hydrating formula has never caused any issues. When I apply it before bed, I wake up with such plump skin that my makeup goes on flawlessly. It's truly become my holy grail product!
Cons
While I'm satisfied overall, if I had to point out one thing, I think it could be slightly richer in texture if the focus is on providing intense hydration.

Pros
I've been using this product for a long time, and I love its clean scent. A little goes a long way! It moisturizes well, providing great hydration without being too rich. It applies lightly but still offers excellent moisture, taking good care of dead skin cells and leaving my skin smooth and supple like mochi!
Cons
I've been using it for a long time, and I can't think of any drawbacks so far!

It works great when used together with Gokujyun emulsion and cream

Pros
I'm currently using Gokujyun Emulsion (equivalent to toner in our country, but feels more like an essence due to its viscosity) and cream. I got a set that included the milk (equivalent to emulsion in our country), which I'm now using as a body emulsion and hand cream substitute. 1. The emulsion texture absorbs well, making it easy to apply quickly. The product container isn't rigid, but has a soft, tube-like flexibility that dispenses the product easily when squeezed. 2. It absorbs quickly, leaving skin feeling hydrated after just a few swipes. If you accidentally apply too much and it feels slippery, just pat it in with your palms and it absorbs rapidly. 3. Despite its light emulsion texture, the hydration lasts until the next morning on both body and hands.
Cons
There are no downsides. Just be aware that since it's a Japanese product, the 'emulsion' is more like a toner, and the 'milk' is what we'd call an emulsion.
Tip
It's a great value to buy the set with emulsion, milk, and cream. You can use them on face and body according to your skin's hydration needs in different seasons.

Tip

Pros
The hydration power is so amazing that I keep using it! I have oily, acne-prone, sensitive skin, but there's absolutely no irritation! It has an incredibly lightweight, water-like texture that absorbs well, yet surprisingly locks in moisture for a long time. I think it's an excellent product!
Cons
Maybe because I apply it generously, for about 2-3 hours after application, my skin looks extremely shiny, almost like it's coated in oil. It might be a bit much for morning use! There's also some stickiness. Nevertheless, the hydration is so good that I continue to use it.

I love that it's nearly fragrance-free. It has great moisturizing power. It provides a good amount of hydration. The texture absorbs nicely on the skin.
Cons

Pros
My skin is combination dehydrated with lots of small blemishes. When I used this in winter, it really helped with deep dryness. The runny texture absorbs well. While it didn't improve my blemishes, it didn't make them worse either, and I felt like my skin texture improved.
Cons
Those with oily skin might find it a bit sticky for summer use. When used in winter, the hydration doesn't last very long.
Tip
The finish is slightly tacky, so it's best to apply light, refreshing skincare products in the previous steps.

When applied, you can feel the skin becoming plump and bouncy. It absorbs well, which is great!

During dry seasons, the hydration doesn't seem to last very long.
