As gentle as it is, the cleansing effectiveness is a bit lacking.
It's not quite strong enough for makeup, eyeliner, or mascara removal. It's more suitable for those with dry and sensitive skin who use low pH foam cleansers, either as a morning cleanser or as a gentle, non-irritating cleansing option!

Skin type:
Dehydrated dry skin, slightly oily forehead, dry U-zone, good pores, minor blackheads, occasional small blemishes (forehead, between eyebrows, under chin), sensitive atopic skin, and a few freckles.

This is an incredibly gentle cleansing water.
As someone with atopic skin, Avène mist is my holy grail mist!
The cleansing water is also non-irritating and hydrating, making it suitable for all skin types, including atopic and super sensitive skin.

I use it with a foam dispenser, and it's so gentle that the foam quickly dissipates, showing how water-like the consistency is.

Make sure to use plenty of product on your cotton pad for a moisturizing cleanse.

There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. It works really well for me!

It removes makeup incredibly gently and leaves your skin feeling hydrated. Even when rubbing with a cotton pad, it doesn't cause much irritation and effectively removes makeup when the pad is sufficiently soaked. I only use this or oil cleansers! I buy the large size and it lasts for ages. Olive Young often has buy-one-get-one-free deals too!

I only had tissue-type cotton pads at home, so I folded them to use. However, the wiping motion seemed a bit harsh - I found that using softer cotton pads caused less irritation. The cleanser struggled with removing glittery eyeshadow near the eyes, requiring a separate makeup remover. I also felt a tingling sensation when using it close to my eyes. Usually, I remove all my makeup, including eye makeup, with oil or milk cleansers in one go, so having to use a separate point remover was inconvenient. With previous products, leaving a damp pad on my eyes for a moment before wiping worked well, but with this one, I still found some glitter remaining under my eyes and at the corners after washing. Lastly, it has Avène's signature scent, which is supposed to be a thermal spring water fragrance, but I found it quite strong and personally disliked it.

I found that using two sheets of tissue-type cotton pads was enough to cleanse thoroughly. The slightly slippery water-based formula didn't leave my skin feeling dry after cleansing, which I appreciated. It seemed to remove base makeup quite effectively. While it's from a brand with a higher price point, I noticed this product often goes on sale if you keep an eye out. For reference, I received mine as a gratis with a purchase, and I've seen it discounted up to 50% off at Olive Young, sometimes even cheaper than the lowest advertised price.

It's a bit lacking for dry skin, so I'm using it with a moisturizing gel.

It's gentle and moisturizing, so it's a good product to use casually.

If you gently press and wipe, it will remove makeup even more effectively.

I used it without any issues, so there's nothing I'm particularly unhappy about.

You only need about 3 cotton pads to thoroughly remove your makeup with a cleansing water! Those of you hoping a cleansing water can remove even your mascara might be disappointed... Using a dedicated eye makeup remover is the quickest way to wipe away your eye makeup completely. 
My skin is quite thin and sensitive, but I didn't feel any irritation or stinging at all! 
It's really gentle and mild.
I also use a cleansing balm, so I was able to use the 500ml bottles for a very long time - about a year, I think.

It's great to gently dab it on your face and leave it on!

It's a bit too sticky, you know? And I'm not too sure about its effectiveness in calming down blemishes.

It's so chewy, so moist, I love it haha. Avène is a brand that I adore so much.

It's not that expensive if you buy it during a 1+1 promotion.

I had heard about the men's skin scent, but it was stronger than I had imagined. The smell was just... Even if I tried to get used to it and use it, every time I used it, the skin scent would hit me strongly, and I just couldn't get used to it. Every time I cleansed, I just thought, 'When will I ever finish this?'

Strangely, from around halfway through using it, skin irritation and burning started appearing, so I stopped using it. I thought maybe the skin barrier had been compromised, so I tried a different cleanser, and seeing that it was fine, it seems this product was the problem. I threw away the remaining portion.

The cleansing function was quite decent. Light makeup was removed without any issues.

There's nothing particularly special about it, so why bother?
There are plenty of cheaper products out there too.

I got a great deal on this at Marketkurly for 9,900 won.
I was just using it as is, but then I bought a foaming container from Daiso and have been using it that way!
Using it with the foaming container, there's less waste and it's much better.

For acne-prone skin, water-based is better than oil!
I used to always use oil cleansers because of blackheads, but switching to a water-based one, it cleans thoroughly without feeling slippery or squeaky.

I've now finished the whole bottle and moved on to the Thesaem Green Tea Cleansing Water.

It seems to have been recently renewed, but suddenly a strong artificial fragrance started coming out and pimples started popping up on my skin, especially in the T-zone... The pre-renewal version was better.

Before the renewal, there were really no troubles at all and it was so, so good. I really wrote more than 5 reviews.

The slightly sticky feeling diminishes the refreshing sensation a bit.

It's non-irritating and has good cleansing power. It removes both base makeup and point makeup well.

However, for my combination skin type with severe dryness, using this cleansing water once seems to exacerbate the dryness, so I don't think I will repurchase it. When using this product, I always have to do a second cleanse and apply a generous amount of moisturizer.

The product name is 'Avène Micellar Cleansing Water', but it seems that an identical product is not registered on Hwahae. This was a product I purchased from Olive Young when I was in urgent need of a cleansing water, and it was good in terms of the affordable price-to-volume ratio and the feeling of being thoroughly cleansed.
