I absolutely hate heavy, sticky, or non-absorbing products, so I tried a Benton cream and it had none of those qualities I dislike. When I apply it in the morning before makeup, the texture is fresh and absorbs well, making my makeup go on beautifully. I have dry skin, so I use a thorough skincare routine before the cream, and I didn't experience any dryness or issues. The scent is mild and subtle... so nice (not overpowering at all). The cream color is right between yellow and orange, and it's just gorgeous. There's nothing bad to say, nothing at all! I love Benton. I took a picture of the empty container because I've used it all up... It's great to apply an extra layer on dry areas after you've finished your routine.

It didn't cause any irritation, leaving my skin feeling comfortable and well-hydrated. I think I used it well. After application, I even noticed a slight improvement in my complexion. I didn't see any particularly noticeable effects on blemishes or brightening. The scent is reminiscent of natural earth, which might be hit or miss for some people. I didn't find the scent bothersome at all! The color wasn't particularly impressive either. It applies with a rich texture, and when you put it on before bed, you wake up to skin with a beautiful glow. Unfortunately, it caused stubborn sebum buildup on my forehead. Definitely not recommended for oily skin types! 1. Hydration: I'm using this as a day cream for fall and winter. I've always wanted to try it since I heard the carotene in carrots is good for the skin, and it really helps balance the oil and moisture levels that tend to go haywire in the dry seasons! 2. Absorption: This cream absorbs incredibly fast! I apply it in the morning before makeup, and it sinks in quickly without causing my makeup to separate or pill. It keeps my skin hydrated all day long. The scent isn't particularly fragrant... but isn't that because they don't add artificial fragrances?

I also love its smooth, elastic texture that moisturizes without feeling greasy or sticky. I tried a sample from their website before buying, and I'm impressed! The ingredients are great, and it's gentle enough for everyday use. It absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling smooth. After applying it before bed, I noticed my blemishes cleared up quickly. Although it's marketed for dry skin, as someone with combination skin, I found it really insufficient on its own. Let me compare this to similar products I've used. Absorption: 5 stars It applies smoothly and easily. It has a light texture similar to Innisfree Orchid Enriched Cream. Scent: 5 stars While some say Carrot products have strong fragrances, this one is almost unscented. It's unlikely to be polarizing. Hydration: 3 stars Despite its smooth application, I thought it would last longer, but the moisturizing effect seems short-lived. As mentioned, I have deep dryness. Even after applying 7-skin method, essence, and two layers of Physiogel Facial Cream, followed by the Carrot Moisture Cream, I feel a bit dry after 2-3 hours. Glow: 2 stars...? It gives a slight sheen that looks a bit oily and dewy, but perhaps due to quick absorption, the glow disappears quickly, leaving my skin feeling dry. I wouldn't recommend this for those with extremely dry skin or those seeking ultimate hydration. It's lightweight and might suit oily skin types well. The scent is minimal. First off, its hydration and absorption are truly outstanding. There's no stickiness, and it absorbs incredibly fast, making it perfect for frequent application throughout the day. Plus, the tube packaging makes it super convenient to use. The scent wasn't really to my liking... It has a sort of 'old cosmetics' smell? I think it might be a love-it-or-hate-it kind of fragrance. Also, as someone with dry skin, I felt like one application wasn't quite enough for complete moisturization. Perhaps because it absorbs so well, I noticed my skin feeling dry again pretty quickly. Those with dry skin like mine might want to take this into consideration.
