The formula was too watery, so I spilled a lot when I first opened it. But when I used it on my face, the included spatula helped me dispense it well, so there was no issue with it running or being particularly inconvenient. Other than being a bit too thin, there are no downsides!

It was convenient to apply it on my face and rinse it off lightly with water, and it didn't dry out during the masking process, which I liked. My skin also felt more supple, so I think I'll use it often.

It claims to be a soothing pack, but the crushed leaves inside irritate the skin a lot when wiping it off.
It seems to have allergen ingredients, as my nose starts running, my skin gets bumpy and inflamed, it itches a lot, I cough excessively, and my nose is irritated all day, causing me great discomfort.
It claims to provide deep hydration, but after applying it, my skin becomes dry and rough.

The product is sealed and comes with a spoon... This is something that other wash-off packs also do.

Personally, I find that applying this product and then using a cooling device for massage really maximizes the cooling effect ^^

It works a bit too quickly~ I think I've used it around 10 times already 😭 It's not exactly cheap either, so using it daily is a bit burdensome. I'd love to have a larger size option if possible... 😢

The dramatic calming effect is the best!! I have super sensitive skin and managed to remove around 300 flat warts, leaving my face completely beet-red 😭 Especially after wearing a mask, my face gets really red, but using this product after cleansing significantly reduces the redness~ I'm totally addicted and can't get enough of it 😭

Not really. It's a hassle to wash my face. There's nothing to be done about it.

When applying the pack, you can see the green tea color quickly staining the spatula, and the same goes for your face.
So even though it's a non-drying, moisturizing formula, the instructions say to leave it on for 5-10 minutes. It's best to follow that time guideline. I got distracted and left it on for 20 minutes, and when I wiped it off, the cotton pad was all green!

The downside is that the amount is small!
Compared to other wash-off packs, the volume isn't much different, but since this one is runny, it gets used up faster.
I usually use packs generously, and this one definitely gets used up quicker.
I used it around 6-7 times and finished the whole pack.
But I'm planning to repurchase and continue using it, as it seems to have a trouble-soothing and preventative effect when used consistently.

I've been using the wash-off pack well these days, and I bought the inward wash-off pack because it's said to be good for soothing effects. 
The texture is a bit runny, so it drips a little when applying, but it doesn't slide or drip off the face once applied! It's not as jelly-like and bouncy as the I'm From Mugwort Mask.
Since it's a cosmetic product, I didn't have high expectations for the trouble-soothing effects, but I bought it for preventative care, and the effects were better than I expected!
There's a cooling effect, and it has a lot of green tea ingredients, so it was effective in soothing redness and trouble. I think it would be great to use when your skin is irritated by the sun in the summer!
I used it about 2 times a week, and while I'm not sure if it calmed down existing trouble, I felt that the stubborn trouble spots that were about to appear had settled down a bit.
I'm satisfied with the product as the effects were better than I expected!

Although it is a jar-type container, the actual amount of product inside is less than what it appears to be from the outside. When I inserted the spatula deeper, I could feel the difference in height. While the ingredients and effectiveness are great, I wish the container size matched the actual product volume. The mask particles are as fine as ground tea leaves, so they tend to get scattered around the sink when washing, requiring an extra rinse with water.

The box contains a spatula, and the lid has a cover. It soothes the sensitive and reddened skin around the troubled areas. The minimal number of ingredients makes it non-irritating to the skin. The protruding blemishes that were present before using this product became flatter after application.
