It was convenient to use - just slather it on your face and rinse off lightly with water. I liked that it didn't dry out while masking. My skin felt firmer afterwards, so I'll likely use it often. The texture is very watery, so I spilled a lot when first opening it. When applying to my face, I used the included spatula to scoop it out carefully, which prevented dripping or any real inconvenience. It comes sealed with a spoon included... but I guess that's pretty standard for most wash-off masks these days For a so-called soothing mask, it's incredibly irritating with its crushed leaf particles. It might contain allergens because as soon as I applied it, my nose started running, my skin became bumpy and itchy, I couldn't stop coughing, and my nose was irritated for the entire day. It claims to provide hydration, but after use, my skin feels dry and rough Not buying this is the best choice for both your skin and your wallet

My skin is super sensitive, and I had about 300 flat warts removed, so my face was completely red like a tomato. Especially after wearing a mask, my skin gets even more irritated and turns bright red, but after cleansing and using this product, the redness decreases incredibly~ I'm totally addicted and can't get enough of it! It runs out faster than I expected~ I think I've only used it about 10 times. It's not exactly cheap either, so it's a bit burdensome to use daily. I wish I could use it every day after cleansing, but... I really wish they'd come out with a larger size. This product transformed my skin into a total honey-like complexion! Plus, you get a generous amount. It didn't really help much with rough skin or calming blemishes. During the holiday, I stayed up until 5 AM, woke up late, washed my face late, and ate greasy food, which caused my skin to freak out! I desperately needed to calm my skin, so I tried this. Surprisingly, it soothed my skin by the very next day! I haven't found any drawbacks yet. I've been using wash-off masks lately, so I bought this Inward wash-off mask after hearing it's great for soothing the skin! The texture is quite runny, so it drips a bit when applying, but once it's on your face, it doesn't slide off. It's not as pudding-like or bouncy as the I'm From Mugwort Mask. Since it's a cosmetic product, I didn't expect much in terms of blemish-soothing effects and bought it more for prevention, but it worked better than I thought! It has a cooling effect, and with its high green tea content, it's great for calming redness and blemishes. I think it would be perfect to use in summer after sun exposure! I used it about twice a week, and while I'm not sure if it helped with existing blemishes after 2-3 uses, I noticed that potential breakouts seemed to calm down. I'm satisfied with this product as it worked better than I expected! The downside is the small amount you get! Compared to other wash-off masks, the volume isn't that different, but because this one is runny, it seems to run out faster! I'm usually generous when applying masks, but this one definitely goes quickly. I used it about 6 or 7 times before finishing the whole tube. Still, I plan to repurchase it because I think with consistent use, it'll help soothe and prevent blemishes! As you apply the mask, you'll notice the green tea color quickly staining the spatula, and your face is no exception! Although the texture is moisturizing and doesn't dry out, the instructions say to leave it on for 5-10 minutes. It's best to stick to this time! The box includes a spatula, and there's a protective cover inside the lid. It soothes sensitive and reddened skin prone to blemishes. With few potentially irritating ingredients, it didn't stress my skin. After using this, my raised blemishes noticeably flattened out. While the jar looks large from the outside, there's less product inside than expected. When inserting the spatula deeply, you can feel the difference in height. Since I'll keep buying it for its great ingredients and effectiveness, I wish the container size matched the actual volume. The mask particles are so fine, like ground tea leaves, that they stick to various parts of the sink after washing. You need to rinse the sink again with water. Using a cooling stick before and after the mask was great for reducing the burning sensation.
