The texture is like a light, watery gel cream, and it provided excellent hydration. It applies as if creating a protective layer on the skin's surface, effectively locking in moisture and combating dryness. Although not visibly noticeable, after application I could feel a slight powdery residue on my fingertips. This is an emulsion that works well with essence. I've used up the entire bottle! The texture is more fluid than a typical emulsion, but it applies smoothly. It's slightly oily, so you need to pat it in well for proper absorption. As I have dry skin, this emulsion alone wasn't quite moisturizing enough, so I use it together with a cream. The price was a bit high, so it's best to wait for a sale. Unfortunately, it seems this product has been discontinued now. It's so gentle and moisturizing that applying just this makes my skin feel firm and supple. I've seen great results with blemishes too! It seems this product has been discontinued... Writing this review with a bit left in the bottle. It's decent. I use it together with the toner from the same line. Never felt like it caused any skin issues while using it. I rarely use emulsions, but after trying this sample, I was pleasantly surprised. It absorbs well, and the rich texture isn't overwhelming. It felt like it perfectly sealed in all the previous skincare steps. While there weren't any downsides, as someone who usually skips the emulsion step and goes straight to moisturizer, I probably wouldn't purchase this.

Hydrating and doesn't cause blemishes, which is great. Even though I have oily skin, it's not greasy and helps with deep dryness, so it's pretty good. I'm not sure if it's being discontinued since it's not even on the official website, but let me share some disappointments about Dr. Jart+ as a company. I switched to this after another line I was using was discontinued, and now this might be discontinued too... They discontinue products too frequently. Moreover, when they discontinue a line and create a new one, the new line is often more expensive. I'm not sure if this is their way of increasing prices, but please let us settle on a product. I used this as a set with the toner and emulsion! Price: I received it as a gift, but I believe the toner + emulsion set was in the upper 30,000 won range. Volume: 110ml toner, 120ml emulsion Recommended skin type: Combination dehydrated, dry skin Application: Spreads smoothly without feeling sticky or slippery Absorption: When applied evenly, it absorbs well with a hydrating feel, leaving the skin feeling fresh and not heavy Moisturizing power: For an emulsion, it's not heavy. While not exceptionally moisturizing, it leaves a hydrated finish and maintains good moisture levels This product definitely provides a noticeable hydration. I love that it's not too oily, making it perfect for summer skincare! Moisturizing power: For those like me with deep dryness, it might not be enough to handle moisturizing on its own with just the toner in winter. During colder months, it would be better to pair it with an ampoule, serum, or cream to address deeper hydration needs. The level of moisture and hydration is more suitable for summer than winter. Using it as a set with the toner is great for maintaining proper hydration levels during the summer months!
