Applying it when the face has a bit of moisture and then rolling it helps reduce the stinging sensation a bit.

It doesn't seem very gentle. (This is the biggest downside)
Right after applying it on the face, the area around the mouth and eyes starts to feel hot and becomes reddish. It seems a bit too irritating for me.

When applying it to a dry face and trying to roll it, the amount is quite small for the price. Applying a small amount makes it feel stiff, so rolling doesn't work well.


The high-moisture cleansing is definitely effective, as there is no tightness on the face after cleansing.


Apply the cleansing milk to a sponge or cotton pad and use it as a pack

Likely not the best choice for oily skin types, but I would recommend this to those with dry skin.

After using it, I wipe it off with a sponge, and for some reason, it feels a bit stinging.

If you find it's a bit too slippery, the Troiareuke website sells a one-time use cleansing sponge that you can use to help remove everything.
I just lightly dampen it, roll it around, and then just rinse with water.

If you really enjoy that super squeaky clean feeling after cleansing, this product may not be for you.

I have small blemishes and cystic acne (large acne that doesn't drain well), and my skin is combination/dry. My skin is also slightly sensitive, so products with alcohol don't really work for me.
At first, I liked to cleanse my skin thoroughly with foaming cleansers (since my skin is so oily), and I would even double or triple cleanse. 
But I gradually realized that was irritating my skin and making it worse.
This product is a cleansing milk.
It doesn't cause any breakouts at all, and my skin has actually improved.
At first, after cleansing, my skin felt a bit slippery and not completely clean, but it removes all my makeup except for eye makeup.
Now I just use this product to cleanse in the evening, and just rinse with water in the morning.
If your skin is combination/dry like mine, I highly recommend this product.
