It comes in a glass bottle and has a herbal scent. The cleansing effectiveness isn't super strong, so I use it for my morning routine or on days when I've only applied sunscreen. It's incredibly gentle and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing. Most importantly, they don't test on animals!!! I don't think it offers the best value for money. This seems to be a good morning cleansing product. It feels like it removes the sebum that builds up overnight. In the evening, I use this for cleansing and then follow up with the cleansing cream recommended to be used together from Dr. Hauschka. While this is known for its German organic products, I'm a bit disappointed in the ingredients. I really liked the cleansing cream, so I tried the cleansing milk. It's so moisturizing, gentle, and never leaves my face feeling tight. I think it's a product that can be used even if your skin is very sensitive. Recently, I used the P brand cleansing milk that's been getting a lot of buzz, but it stung a bit, so I went back to this one and it was great. For those looking for a gentle product! Highly recommended for those who don't wear a lot of makeup. Especially in the winter, the moisturizing feeling after cleansing is very satisfying. It's not really meant for removing makeup;; When I've worn foundation, I have to use a different product to take that off, so I don't use this one as often. That's why I've had it for almost a year now. It feels very gentle... Just like the person below mentioned, it's great for daily use. It's perfect just for removing sunscreen. It's gentle on the skin and has a subtle fragrance. It's great for a refreshing daily use in the summer! The product itself is a thin liquid, so while it feels refreshing, the moisturized feeling doesn't last long~ Using the Dr. Hauschka Cleansing Cream together can help balance the oil and moisture levels!
