This formula is not stiff and applies well. It glides on smoothly, and my previously rough lips felt soothed and softened. After using other products, I find myself thinking about this Hwahae.
Cons
The downside is that it's too soft, so it applies well but wears off quickly. Other than that, I can't think of anything else. Haha.
Tip
When cuticle hangnails are severe, it is lightly applied or used to apply around the eyes when they are dry.

It's too moisturizing, but it doesn't feel like it's been applied properly, and there are some lip balms that show flaky skin when applied. But Hwaehae has none of those issues, so I've been hoarding several of them for 2 years - it's a must-have item! ๐๐ป๐ฅฐ It's no exaggeration to call it the lip balm of my life ใ ใ
