When cuticle hangnails are severe, it is lightly applied or used to apply around the eyes when they are dry.

The downside is that it's too soft, so it applies well but wears off quickly. Other than that, I can't think of anything else. Haha.

This formula is not stiff and applies well. It glides on smoothly, and my previously rough lips felt soothed and softened. After using other products, I find myself thinking about this Hwahae.

Recently, I ruthlessly peeled off the flaky skin that had built up on my lips, and my lip condition became really bad. I tried using some lip care products to remove the flaky skin to some extent, but applying them on top of the flaky skin didn't seem to remove the flakes very effectively, so I wouldn't recommend using it that way.

The texture is not too soft or too firm, but since it contains some natural oils, it does have a slightly oily feel to it, and you shouldn't apply it too heavily. It's not extremely soft, but it still feels like it might be a bit weak to heat.
The lip balm applied smoothly as it melted with body temperature.
Luckily, there's no stickiness, and while it's a bit oily, it doesn't have that slippery, overly greasy feeling, so it's not bad.
It's a decent lip care product to just quickly reapply as needed to keep your lips moisturized, when they're in a relatively good condition already.
