  The cleansing effectiveness is excellent. You don't need a separate cleansing foam as a second step because it removes makeup perfectly. The texture is like a serum, as the product name suggests. One or two pumps are sufficient for use.

  Cons

  The downside is that if you don't rinse thoroughly with water, any product left around the eyes can cause a significant tingling sensation.

  I'm so thrilled that this cleanser does it all in one go! I always used waterproof cosmetics, so I had to use a special point makeup remover and then double cleanse. But with this product, even my point makeup comes off easily. It's such a relief! And the fact that my eyes don't sting when I open them shows it's likely a gentle product with minimal irritation. That's a big plus!

  Cons

  There wasn't really anything I disliked! I just wish it came in a larger size!

  Tip

  Here's a little trick: I lie in bed, sprinkle a few drops on my face, massage it in, then go to the bathroom to add a bit more water and massage again. It removes everything, even point makeup! It's not exactly a pro tip, but keeping it by the bed is super convenient.

  First off, since it's called a 'cleansing' serum, I've been using it for over two weeks to evaluate its cleansing effectiveness. I must say, it removes makeup cleanly and thoroughly. I don't wear much makeup, but when I tested it on my hand, it wiped off smoothly! Just a little water creates a lather, so you can cover your whole face with less product. It's gentle and doesn't irritate the skin. I have dry skin, so cleansing foams often leave my skin feeling dry or tight afterwards. That's why I usually opt for oil-based cleansers or moisturizing foams. However, oil types can be inconvenient to use and aren't my personal preference. This product isn't an oil formula, nor is it completely watery, making it comfortable to use while leaving skin feeling fresh - that's its strength. Since it doesn't irritate the skin, you don't have to be overly careful, which saves time. The product container has a lock, so it's more hygienic and safer to use than ones without, unless you're taking it somewhere. At first, I thought it was just okay, but as I continued using it, I realized it has quite a few advantages over other products. I've grown to like it more with consistent use. The quantity is generous, and you don't need much, so it's cost-effective. The ingredients are gentle, so it doesn't cause blemishes. It doesn't feel like you've washed your face if there's no foam, right? So I was really satisfied with how well it lathers.

  The product performance is good, and the packaging and container are pretty, so I don't have any major complaints. If I had to pick something, it would be that the container has a twist-lock cap, but it turns a bit too easily. You might need to be careful when taking it somewhere. I put it in a plastic bag and locked it before taking it out, but it seems to have leaked a little during transit as the bag felt slippery. I wish the twist-lock would stay more securely closed.

  One of this product's strengths, I think, is that a small amount is sufficient for cleansing. Using a facial sponge makes it lather even better and feels even softer. After wetting your face once, spread the cleanser with your hands, then use a damp facial sponge to massage your face. It starts to create a rich lather, leaving your skin smooth. Highly recommended for dry skin!

  The best things about using this product: 1. It claims to have a low pH formula, and it really feels that way! My skin is super sensitive and dry, so I only use gentle, hydrating, low pH foams. This one is truly gentle. 2. It's fragrance-free. Usually, cosmetics with added fragrances can cause allergic reactions, but with this product, you can use it worry-free. It's genuinely unscented. 3. It removes sunscreen and most makeup effectively. In a hand test, it removed sunscreen, eyeshadow, waterproof eyeliner, lip tint, and lipstick - everything except mascara.

  Cons

  The slightly disappointing aspects are that it couldn't remove mascara in the hand test, and it doesn't effectively eliminate blackheads on the nose. But honestly, if I'm wearing full makeup including mascara, I use a dedicated mascara remover anyway, so it's not a big deal. And since it's a cleansing serum, not a cleansing oil, I didn't really expect it to remove blackheads. Also, it's important to remember that as a cleansing serum, you shouldn't expect it to have the same cleansing power as a cleansing oil.

The texture is exactly like a serum - colorless, odorless, and transparent. It applies smoothly. Being a gentle product, it doesn't foam up much, which is typical for low-irritation lines. I've always heard that ingredients that create lots of foam can be irritating to our skin, so I'm used to this. As someone with extremely sensitive skin, I always look for gentle products without active ingredients, or at least low-irritation, hydrating lines like those for atopic skin. I was thrilled to find out this product contains cica, one of my favorite ingredients. It actually has five different cica ingredients, so I'd recommend it to anyone who loves cica or gentle skincare lines.
