I started using this product a few years ago when I noticed more and more gray hairs appearing, as it claimed to help manage them. At some point, new gray hairs began to appear more noticeably, and I realized that plucking them one by one was no longer a viable solution. I've been using this along with the treatment for about a year now, and while it doesn't turn my existing gray hairs black, it seems to prevent more from appearing. The amount of hair falling out when I wash it has also significantly decreased, and my hairstylist mentioned that my once-weak hair has improved greatly in condition. The price is quite steep, making it difficult to use liberally. I'm trying to use it sparingly. It works well when used with a silicone hair brush.

The cleansing effectiveness and overall feel are decent. Two of us with graying hair used it for about a month, but neither of us noticed any changes. It feels no different from regular shampoo. A luxurious-looking product that I was delighted to receive as a gift from my brother. It gives the impression of intensifying black hair color. Avoid this unless you're dyeing your hair black. I bought this for my gray hair, but I've only been using it for about a week, so I'm not sure about the results yet. The ingredients seem good, and I like that it's silicone-free and slightly acidic. The scent is pleasant and inoffensive. The cleansing power of this shampoo is definitely impressive. I've always used anti-hair loss shampoos, and although I ordered this one specifically for gray hair, it turns out it's also formulated to combat hair loss! Maybe that's why it seems to be effective in that area too. I used to use another brand's anti-hair loss shampoo, which worked well at first, but then suddenly seemed to lose its effectiveness, and my hair started falling out a lot. After switching to this one, even though it's only been a week, I've noticed a significant decrease in hair loss. The main reason I chose this among other gray hair shampoos is that it doesn't dye your hair, but instead uses a patented ingredient to help your hair naturally grow back darker. It's pricier than regular shampoos, but relatively affordable compared to other gray hair-specific products. I have sensitive skin, but I don't usually get blemishes or dandruff on my scalp. My scalp type is close to normal, and I've never had issues with excess oil or dryness before. This might just be me, but when I pump and apply it, it lathers up immediately, but the foam disappears quickly as I massage other areas. I asked my roommate to try it, and they said there was no problem with the lather, so this might vary from person to person. The cleansing effectiveness is really strong - so much so that it left my scalp feeling extremely dry. It's like it stripped away all the natural oils. Rather than itchy, it felt so dry and tight that it was hard to get used to. Because of this, I even developed some blemishes and my scalp became red. In the end, I couldn't solve the dryness issue, so I had to stop using it. The tight feeling was too uncomfortable. After stopping and going back to my original shampoo, my scalp returned to normal in about two weeks. There aren't many long-term reviews from people who've used it for months, which made me hesitant to buy. I really just wanted something for my gray hair without having to dye it, but unfortunately, this didn't work out for me.

When drying my hair, it seems to shed less, and it doesn't feel too stiff when washing. I'm really enjoying using this product. While the price point is a bit high for the volume, as someone with wavy hair that usually requires straightening, I find it's worth the investment to maintain this level of hair health. What I love most is that my scalp itchiness has almost completely disappeared. I bought the 3-piece set for my mom who also regularly colors her grays, but she's hesitant to start using such an expensive product. The product comes in a rather small size, so I feel like I need to use it sparingly.
