This is a renewed version of the existing product, with the PFG surfactant removed, making the ingredients even better! It's suitable for sensitive skin and has a low pH, so you can use it without worry. It's also certified for acne-prone skin, suggesting it's an incredibly gentle product. The texture is a soft, jelly-like gel that's slightly runny, and when you rub it in, you can feel the hydration. The foam isn't as rich or creamy compared to other cleansers. You need to work it a bit with some water to create a lather. The feel is gentle and moisturizing. Its cleansing effectiveness is decent, and when you rinse it off, your skin feels hydrated with a slight slip. Those who prefer a squeaky clean feeling might feel it's not cleansing enough. Compared to other products, it leaves less of that tight, dry feeling after washing. I didn't experience any redness or itching while using it, and it has a subtle, natural herbal scent that isn't too strong. It really feels like a gentle cleansing product! Highly recommended for those with dry skin. The foam doesn't lather up well, and its cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly strong, so it might not be sufficient for removing heavy makeup - you'll need to double cleanse. It leaves a slippery feeling when washing off, so it's not recommended for those who prefer a squeaky clean sensation! - yu****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedAug 6, 2024
I've been using this for about a month! First off, it has a jelly-like, thin oily texture which surprised me. When I added water, it lathered up nicely, giving me a good feeling even before cleansing! Using it, I could definitely tell it was mild due to its low pH. Honestly, I'm not usually sensitive to these things, but my boyfriend has super sensitive skin and is very picky about foam cleansers. When I recommended he try it, he said he loved how gentle it was and how well it lathered. The scent isn't overpowering either, which left me feeling refreshed after use. I think I'll repurchase this once I run out! There's nothing bad to say. It's a struggle to fill 20 characters... - so*****Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 25, 2024
This was my first time trying a low pH cleanser, and I was impressed by how gentle it was. The texture really lived up to its name - it felt just like jelly, reminiscent of a soothing gel. I was worried it wouldn't lather well, but it actually foamed up much better than I expected. While the foam wasn't as dense as my usual cleansing foam, its cleansing effectiveness was great, so I didn't feel like I was missing out. I loved the subtle mugwort scent too. Usually, after using a foam cleanser, I'd have to immediately apply toner due to deep dryness, but with this product, my skin felt hydrated and there was no tightness. It was a pleasant surprise! There wasn't anything particularly bad about it! Personally, I really enjoyed the mugwort scent, but I can imagine some people might not be fans of it. - tm****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 3, 2023
This gentle, jelly-like low pH foam cleanser is perfect for sensitive skin. I tried a sample, loved it, and bought the full size. Using it morning and night with a massage-like motion leaves my skin feeling hydrated and not tight at all. I can really feel my skin improving! It's a bit pricey. I wish there was more product in the container. It's great for morning cleansing. You can even apply it and leave it on while you wash your hair. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 9, 2022
It leaves my skin feeling moisturized and gentle after washing, making it perfect for both morning and evening use! I'm not a fan of the slippery feeling rather than the squeaky clean sensation - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 14, 2021
I was pleasantly surprised by the foam and cleansing effectiveness, which were better than expected for its jelly-like texture. Although I had some reservations initially, after using it for about a month, I found it to be gentle enough for long-term use without stressing the skin. When using it, if you simply dispense it onto your hands, you'll notice some of the foam cleanser slipping away before you can fully work up a lather. It seems to require a bit of technique. My skin is combination dehydrated with acne tendencies, and I have large pores with excess sebum production. Being more accustomed to stronger ingredients commonly found in stores rather than mild acidic formulas, I felt it was slightly lacking in oil control. - 08*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 2, 2021
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I find this product wonderfully moisturizing and it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry at all! It's too runny... I feel like I'm wasting more than half the product just trying to apply it without it dripping everywhere. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 22, 2021

This is truly a life-changing cleanser. It makes me wonder what I've been using all this time. It's so gentle, absorbs incredibly smoothly, and feels like you're applying jelly to your skin. I really want to buy it again, but it's never on sale. Honestly, it's just too expensive. It's my absolute favorite, but sadly out of reach. - so**********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 17, 2021
- This low pH cleanser is perfect for morning cleansing! I always use either a low pH cleanser or natural soap for my morning routine, and lately, I've been using this product every day. - Although it's low pH, it contains tiny granules that help improve skin texture! If you've disliked low pH cleansers for being too slippery, you'll love this one. It maintains the gentleness of a low pH cleanser while reducing the slippery feeling. - For a low pH cleanser, it has great cleansing effectiveness! Of course, no one expects a low pH cleanser to remove heavy makeup, but it's nice when it cleans well. While I use a vibrating cleansing device which may enhance its effectiveness, it still removes everything except foundation residue perfectly. On days when I only wear sunscreen, this cleanser alone is sufficient for cleansing. - Being a low pH cleanser, don't expect rich lather or a squeaky-clean finish! However, for a low pH cleanser, it does produce quite a good amount of foam, which I'm very satisfied with. - I expected the ingredients to be great since it's a low pH cleanser, but they're just average. It contains 2 caution ingredients and 2 potential allergens, so please check carefully before use! Personally, I didn't experience any irritation or blemishes while using it.
