I use this shampoo daily, and its cleansing effectiveness is truly excellent. It rinses out really well, and there's definitely a refreshing sensation. As someone with dry skin, my hair feels too brittle and dehydrated after using this. It also seems to be harsh on my scalp, causing itchiness. After using it for a while, the pump doesn't work well - it's hard to get the product out. Other users seem to be experiencing the same issues... I've been using it to clean my bathroom. Since it's a remover, it's definitely effective at getting rid of water stains. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 6, 2021
It gives a really refreshing feeling when you use it. The cleansing effectiveness is pretty good too. After using it, my hair feels stiff and rigid. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 2, 2020
I bought this after getting a short haircut. The cooling effect is pleasantly noticeable. The price seems reasonable for a functional product of this kind. However, I'm not sure about the product's main purpose - 'Does it effectively remove wax?' After rinsing, when my hair is dry, it feels fine. But right after washing out the lather, my hair feels slightly clumped together when I touch it. Despite this, I'm generally satisfied and continue to use it, mainly because there aren't many wax remover shampoos available. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopic SkinDec 10, 2019
This might be the worst shampoo I've ever used. I didn't even have blemishes before, but after using this product, I developed blemishes and inflammation... The price isn't great, and the product seems to have no effect whatsoever. I got lured in by the TV commercial and deeply regret buying it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinAug 5, 2019
None. I want a refund but can't get one. I wonder if the person who made Grafen actually tried this product themselves. After using this, my scalp developed thick patches of dead skin cells that flaked off like dandruff. My mom experienced the same issue. When I requested a refund, they brushed me off, saying too much time had passed. This is truly a detestable shampoo. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 28, 2019
As someone with extremely oily hair, I used to find my scalp getting greasy within 12 hours of washing with regular shampoos. I tried using shampoos for oily hair, but they made my scalp dry and flaky. Then I discovered this affordable shampoo, and it's been a game-changer! It leaves my scalp feeling refreshed without causing dandruff. I'm already on my second bottle! I also struggle with scalp odor, and I've never found a shampoo that eliminates it as effectively as this one. Since I've dyed my hair twice, this shampoo does make it feel quite stiff. However, I'm willing to sacrifice some softness for a refreshed scalp. Using a good conditioner and hair essence afterwards helps balance things out! I've found that alternating between this and a regular shampoo works well in winter, while using this exclusively in summer gives the best results. Consider adjusting your usage based on the season for optimal effectiveness! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 28, 2019
I love how it lathers up richly without needing to use a lot of product. The refreshing feeling after use was great, and the cleansing effectiveness was impressive too. I'm extremely satisfied and have been consistently repurchasing it. Those with dry skin might find it a bit tight on their skin. - kh*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 10, 2019
The cool sensation and refreshing scent are perfect for oily scalps! Compared to other products I've used, it definitely gives my scalp a more invigorating feeling. Surprisingly, it doesn't leave my hair feeling too dry, so I've been able to use it without any major issues. As I continued using it, I felt like my scalp irritation was getting worse. Sure enough, looking at other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who feels this way. I've suffered from seborrheic dermatitis for a very long time, and I thought I had done my research carefully before buying this. It's really disappointing that it seems to have irritated my scalp even more. If you don't want to waste the shampoo you've already bought, try alternating it with another shampoo. I use a pH-balanced scalp care shampoo about twice a week alongside this one. It helps with the dryness and seems to reduce scalp irritation somewhat. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinNov 18, 2018
It lathers well and contains cooling ingredients. This gives a refreshing sensation after shampooing. While I'm not sure what the cooling ingredients are, it seems you should be careful not to get it in your eyes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 28, 2018
The cooling sensation is truly refreshing, like a cool shampoo. The fragrance is also quite pleasant by my standards. The pump only goes down and takes too long to come back up, so you have to manually lift it and pump it yourself. It could be a faulty pump, though. But more importantly, my scalp condition has worsened significantly. Scabs, or should I say scalp flakes, have formed. It's incredibly itchy, and when I scratch, the scalp peels off, leading to more scabs in a continuous cycle. There are so many of these flakes between my hair strands that someone might think I've sprinkled dandruff all over. After switching back to my previous shampoo, my condition is gradually improving.
