1. The fragrance is like you've been lying in a meadow of fresh grass. 2. The incredibly light texture means there's little chance of accidentally ending up with greasy hair. 3. The scent lingers for a long time. 1. Given the price relative to the amount, using it on long hair feels a bit extravagant. 2. Being in a stick form inside a jar isn't the most convenient for application. - ju******Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 20, 2021
I have extremely straight, stiff hair with a short style that usually requires blow-drying with a round brush. If I let it air-dry after washing, it sticks out like a broom, completely unruly. I don't have any perms or color treatments, and even though my ends aren't damaged, my hair just stubbornly sticks out... ugh! I was considering a hair balm when I decided to buy this one because of Aesop's signature scent. The product has a yellow, thick, and creamy texture. The fragrance might be polarizing, but it's like crushed leaves - a really intense herbal scent. It's quite strong at first, but it disappears quickly after application. I'm satisfied and using it well. There's not really anything I dislike about it as I'm using it well, but if I had to point out something, it would be the small amount for such a high price... you know how it is. As expected, if you apply too much, it can make your hair feel heavy. Right after application, it feels like it absorbs into the hair quickly, which tempts you to keep applying more...
