Cleansing effectiveness: My hair is shoulder-length, and I use about two pumps. At first, it doesn't lather as much as I expected (could be due to my hair type), but after the first wash, the second application produces a good lather. It rinses out well. Packaging and fragrance: It comes in a pump bottle. The scent is really lovely - one of my favorites, but it fades quickly. Results: It doesn't necessarily improve my scalp condition or remove dead skin cells. After a day, some oil starts to build up. Overall impression: Strangely, I feel like I lose a bit more hair when I use this shampoo. The fragrance is nice, but it tends to make hair oily, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with oily hair. When I use only this shampoo, I noticed more hair fall than on other days. I experimented with different shampoos, and it seems this one is the culprit. I'm not sure why, though.
