A decent pad... I've been using Hei Nature's Houttuynia Cordata line well, so I tried this out of curiosity Probably won't repurchase... There are many good pads from other brands, haha

The large pad size is great for covering the entire face with just one sheet. These double-sided pads feature an embossed side and a soft side. Use the embossed side to remove dead skin cells and impurities, then finish with the soft side for a thorough cleanse. Instead of harsh chemical AHAs and BHAs, these pads use naturally derived fruit acids. This makes them suitable for sensitive skin, gently exfoliating without irritation. The 'quercitrin' in houttuynia cordata helps maintain clear and healthy skin, revitalizing sensitive and irritated complexions. Excessive exfoliation can lead to redness and sensitivity, but these gentle pads didn't cause any redness or blemishes. They're mild enough for regular use. When I first used this, I was a bit surprised to see the pad turn yellow. It also did a great job calming my skin and made my skin texture feel smoother. There was one downside though. The pad surface isn't very soft. It's not that the cotton itself is rough, but there seems to be less essence on it than expected. So those with super sensitive skin might find it a bit irritating. If you have a toner, try adding some to the pad before use!

I'm already satisfied from the moment I open the package. I use two pads daily, morning and evening, right after cleansing and before applying toner. My skin can't handle daily exfoliation, but without it, whiteheads and dead skin cells become noticeable. These pads are a great solution. The pads are evenly soaked in essence, with an embossed side for exfoliation and a soft side for finishing. After using the textured side to remove dead skin cells, I finish with the soft side, which leaves my skin feeling smooth without irritation or dryness. It's fantastic! The only downside is that I've only used it for a day. I'll update my review after using it consistently for about a week. There's no special trick to using these pads - just wipe and you're done, as long as you don't forget to close the lid and let them dry out. I used to use the original first-generation Houttuynia Cordata skin ampoule, then tried other products, but eventually came back to this. As someone who loves pad products, I immediately purchased it and have already finished a whole container. It's really just like the skin toner, but even more convenient, which I love. Since I've been using this product before, there's nothing particularly disappointing about it. That's why I like it. I have sensitive, combination, and acne-prone skin. Sometimes it's too dry, sometimes too oily, and it's unpredictable. Being sensitive, my skin reacts quickly to just about anything I apply, causing me a lot of trouble. I once had a terrible reaction to fermented houttuynia cordata cosmetics, so I avoided that ingredient for a long time. Recently, I wondered if it was the fermentation rather than the houttuynia cordata that didn't agree with me, so I tried a houttuynia cordata line. It worked so well that I've stuck with it. While I was happily using the toner and ampoule, I got curious about the pads and decided to try them. To my surprise, they suited me perfectly! True to my sensitive skin, there was a bit of sensitivity and resistance for the first couple of days. But after about three days, my skin stabilized, and now I can't do without this product morning and night. It controls oil without drying out my skin, and it's neither heavy nor sticky. It's not an ultra-hydrating type, so you need to follow up with the next steps of your skincare routine right away after using the pad. Anyway, I love it so much. I'll definitely repurchase it. I'm about halfway through using it, and so far, I don't have any particular complaints. Maybe if it were a bit less expensive, that would be nice? The pads are large enough that after wiping my face, I can use the other side for my chest and back. This helps prevent both chest and back blemishes.
