When I first heard the name, I thought it would be a purely fresh and cool summer fragrance. But it's actually an aquatic scent layered with a sweet coconut aroma, which is a bit different from what I expected. It's cool yet warm... haha. With a hint of the sea's salty essence and a powdery touch, it reminds me more of a sun-drenched summer beach rather than the ocean itself. It's not so much a disappointment, but I wish it was a bit fresher. The coconut scent might be a bit polarizing for some people. - po*********Oily SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 16, 2021
The initial scent is a mix of a slightly spicy and zesty lemon (which is actually the top note). As time passes, a rich coconut aroma emerges, gradually blending with floral notes to create an intriguing fragrance. At this point, there's a subtle hint of rubber or oil-like scent, but it's not overpowering. The base notes are musk and cedarwood, though the woody scent is quite subtle. The cedarwood seems to balance out the musk, preventing it from being too dominant (I usually don't prefer woody scents). Interestingly, while it's a warm fragrance, it evokes the feeling of sipping a coconut drink on a sandy beach by the blue summer sea! The coconut note is very strong and long-lasting, so if you're not a fan of coconut's distinctive rich aroma, you might want to skip this one. The longevity isn't particularly strong, which is expected for an EDT. While the fragrance itself isn't bad, it's not something I'd want to apply heavily. It's just okay.
