It's great for sebum removal at an affordable price with a generous amount!
ConsI don't think there are any downsides for me! It might not be a good fit for those with oily skin!

It's a great value with a large size and low price. There's also a built-in spoon that's convenient to use.
ConsI didn't know it had 5 different caution ingredients when I bought it. I think the most important thing is that it dissolves well in water and washes off cleanly, but this one doesn't dissolve well in water and requires a second cleansing. I don't plan to repurchase this product.

There were over 10,000 reviews on Coupang, and most of them were positive, so I quickly ordered it. But on the first day, when I was removing my makeup, I was like, "Wow? It's so soft." I've used a lot of balm-type cleansers, and my top pick was Farmacy, but this one is much softer and removes makeup better than Farmacy. It even cleared out my whiteheads when I rubbed it. The price was also really affordable, so I decided to stick with it. I used it in the evening and had no issues. But the next morning, I woke up with a bunch of milia all over my forehead and cheeks. I was like, "Huh? Why do I have milia all over, even on my glabella?" It was really noticeable under certain lighting, but not as much under regular fluorescent lights. I thought maybe it wasn't the cleansing balm, but something I ate or dryness. That night, I used the same cleansing balm, and it still removed my makeup really well. I even double-cleansed with a foam cleanser. The next day, the milia had spread like crazy, and I had huge breakouts on both cheeks. They were so hard, red, and inflamed that I couldn't even pop them. I was really upset and annoyed when I visited my grandma's place for Chuseok. I used a different cleansing balm for a few days, and it started to calm down. But yesterday, when I got home, I applied the Sidmool Zinc Cream and slept, and the breakouts almost completely healed. Where did all those positive reviews on Coupang go? Is there no review for this product? I even looked up reviews for the same brand's moisturizer, and there were so many people saying they had a milia explosion after using it, so I'm just going to pass on that.
ConsHonestly, I wanted to give it just one star, but the reason I chose two stars is that the makeup removal is really smooth and effortless. However, I felt like my skin was about to have a full-blown contact dermatitis reaction after using it just twice. So I'm giving it two stars because someone else might be able to use it without any issues. For those who think their skin is super healthy and they'll never get any skin troubles, this might be a product worth trying. But for sensitive skin types like mine, I really don't recommend it. I'm not planning on using any Rocky's products again. Thinking about the stress I went through with the skin troubles for a week, I just want to cry.
TipWhen I massaged it onto my skin for about 30 seconds, the whiteheads came out really nicely. It was such a great product, but it just didn't agree with my skin at all, which is really disappointing.
