I recently switched to a new shampoo and conditioner based on a recommendation. The scent is refreshingly cool. Usually, when I use shampoo followed by conditioner, my hair feels soft. It's incredibly lightweight! This conditioner is perfect for summer, reducing oiliness and leaving your hair feeling fresh and clean. However, it might be a bit too light. It doesn't quite manage to tame frizz or address dryness. When using this conditioner, you'll definitely need to follow up with a treatment. Among conditioners, it's quite effective for improving hair texture. Apparently, it can be used on the scalp too. The scent is the same as the shampoo - a blend of herbal and orange notes. I liked that the fragrance isn't overpowering. It's neither too heavy nor too light, just right, and not oily, so it really seems suitable for anyone, regardless of age or gender. However, since it's not a treatment, it's not as effective for hair texture as a dedicated treatment would be. While rinsing, your hair feels really slippery like seaweed. The scent is herbal, similar to but slightly different from Portia shampoo. After applying, leave it on for about a minute like a treatment, then rinse for soft hair. After shampooing, I usually apply a treatment or hair mask, and then finish with this conditioner as the last step. The scent is refreshingly pleasant without being overwhelming. Since it's safe for use on the scalp, I consistently use it when my hair isn't in the best condition, and it really helps improve things. The pleasant scent and how it makes my hair soft really improve my mood I bought this with the shampoo, but when I used this product alone, I developed skin issues like atopic dermatitis at the border of my neck and scalp, along with itching. Suspecting something was off, I switched to a different conditioner and the itching stopped. After not using it for a few days, the symptoms almost disappeared. However, even though I've completely switched to a different product now, marks still remain. I don't recommend it. It seems to contain some irritating ingredients for sensitive skin.

The Forticea Conditioner uses three essential oils to strengthen the scalp and hair. It also contains guarana extract, which has plant-based caffeine, to revitalize the scalp. It's really disappointing that there are a total of three ingredients to be cautious about.
