My dear friend gifted this to me, and I'm loving it! It gives a nice lifting effect and brightens my complexion. The downside is having to wash it off afterwards. The biggest disappointment is that it's quite pricey, making repurchasing difficult. Apply all the contents to your face, then place the mask sheet on top. Remove within 20 minutes. My mom bought a bunch of these from a home shopping channel and gave me some to try. I was worried because the reviews weren't great... especially since I have super sensitive skin and deep dryness. When I first took it out, I noticed it had an essence-like texture, but more gel-like. It's designed to cover up to the neck, but you can adjust it to just your cheeks or the whole neck area. Since it's marketed as a lifting product, I'd say it's not bad for a single use! There's an immediate effect - you can feel your skin tightening up. Of course, results may vary, so I'm giving it 3 stars - average. This was my first time trying a lifting mask, so I was a bit confused. After taking it off, it hardens, and you're supposed to massage it in, but it slowly solidifies? I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly. The parts that weren't massaged well hardened like dead skin cells - do I need to wash those off? I'm not sure. Honestly, with all the better quality masks available these days at similar price points, I probably won't repurchase this. It would definitely feel great if you keep it in the fridge and use it cold!

But oh no, I see mostly negative feedback! I just used what my mom had at home. I tried it for the first time a few days ago, and after removing the mask and letting it absorb, it felt like there was a film on my skin. I was confused and ended up washing it off before sleeping. But the next day, my skin looked amazing! For context, I have large pores, thin skin, redness, severe dehydration, and excess oil. The most noticeable effect was how tightened my pores felt. I thought it might be due to recent changes in my skincare routine, but last night I decided to try the mask again. I intended to wash it off before bed, but I was so tired I fell asleep with it on. When I woke up, my skin felt a bit tight at first, and I thought I'd messed up. But when I touched my face, it was incredibly soft! Looking in the mirror, I noticed my usually large pores appeared significantly tightened. I have super sensitive skin, but I didn't experience any irritation. Everyone's skin is different, so I hope this review helps! The user experience isn't great, to be honest. Unlike typical masks, it leaves your skin feeling dry and tight afterward. Here's my method: First, I apply the thick, balm-like essence left in the packet all over my face. Then I place the sheet mask on top and gently massage it in. After about 15-20 minutes, I remove the mask and continue massaging the remaining product into my skin. Finally, I resist the urge to moisturize and go straight to bed. The sheet mask extends to the neck area, allowing for neck care as well. After removing, it leaves behind a sticky residue that clings to hair and is difficult to remove. There's no sense of the essence being absorbed, instead it feels tight and messy, which is quite frustrating. Immediately after use, it temporarily smooths out wrinkles. The sheet mask covers up to the neck area. While it doesn't cause a tingling sensation, it leaves a white residue that looks like dead skin cells, requiring you to wash your face again.

I can say with certainty that this is the first mask I've ever used that turns into something like dead skin cells after applying and peeling off. I ended up washing it off! I've only used it once, so I'm not sure about its effects. I'm concerned about potential allergens in the ingredients. I usually use natural cosmetics. It doesn't absorb well and leaves a white cast. The lifting effect is immediate, but it's extremely potent. If you have sensitive or thin skin, I strongly recommend doing a patch test on your arm before using it on your face. My mother experienced an instant lifting effect after just one use, but it was far too harsh on her skin - her face completely broke out! We had to visit a dermatologist who prescribed ointment and suggested laser treatment. However, Nine Tails only considered the ointment as medical treatment and only covered those costs, not the laser therapy they deemed cosmetic. It's been three weeks, and her capillaries are still dilated with no signs of improvement. I absolutely cannot recommend this product!
