The texture is quite oily, but it feels moisturizing when applied. It really sinks into the skin and feels comfortable. It's perfect for applying around the eyes! I think you could apply it all over the face without any issues. Even after some time, it remains moisturized. I recommend it. I was someone who had never had folliculitis in 25 years, but then my eye area started itching and it spread down to my cheeks. When I visited a dermatologist, I was diagnosed with folliculitis. So I gave the eye cream to my mom, but she also said the area around her eyes was itchy. While other eye creams have around 50 ingredients, AHC has 221 ingredients, so it's inevitable that one of those ingredients will be bad for me.

Since it's meant to be applied all over the face, I tried it, only to have my entire face turn upside down. I usually use products without any issues, but at first I didn't realize this was causing the itchiness. It's so moisturizing that it's good enough to use even on dry skin. It seems like my makeup goes on better when I apply it before putting on makeup.
