The texture is quite oily, but it feels moisturizing when applied. It really sinks into the skin and feels comfortable. It's perfect for applying around the eyes! I think you could apply it all over the face without any issues. Even after some time, it remains moisturized. I recommend it. I really like it and have written 2 reviews and kept 2 in reserve. 1. It has good spreadability, so it can be applied softly around the eyes and lips. 2. When applied to areas that need moisture, the tightness disappears quickly. 3. The front of the container is soft, so it's easy to apply directly to the face. 4. It's not sticky. 5. I like the scent. 6. I've been able to apply it without any issues even with sensitive skin.
Cons

It applies well to the eye area and nasolabial folds, and the neck area. I used the pink product before this, and I personally think the fragrance of this one is better.
Cons
It's a bit disappointing that there are too many ingredients and it contains PEG. I'm not sure about the wrinkle improvement effect around the eyes.

I've tried all the lines of the IOPE eye cream, and this one fits me the best. The product that was released after the renewal actually feels more oily and stuffy. The Youth Lasting Eye Cream is moisturizing, has good spreadability, and doesn't feel stuffy after application. I've already used a few tubes of it!! 😆 The scent is also not irritating.
Cons
I wish the volume was bigger. I go through it really quickly. So I've been stocking up and using it in multiple places.
Tip
