It's good that it doesn't feel sticky at all. It applies well like a toner and is quite moisturizing!! It suits the season well!! There are no pimples either..!! The whitening ingredients are quite high up on the list, so I think there will be some effect if I keep using it.

It is moist. That's all there is to it. The absorbency is not bad either.
Cons
As soon as I applied it, my face started to feel hot and soon after, acne started to appear. Both clogged pores and inflamed pimples emerged evenly. I determined it was absolutely unusable and immediately discarded it.
