This lip balm is absolutely free from any irritation. I bought it because it's a stick lip balm that claims to be deeply hydrating, and compared to other stick lip balms, it really lives up to that claim. While other stick lip balms tend to disappear after a few minutes, this one stays on your lips for quite a long time. I'm starting to think I should have bought two... I'll have to get one as a gift for my dad soon! For those with extremely dry lips like mine, the hydration might be slightly less than ideal. I find it works best if you apply it two or three times, making sure to cover the corners of your lips thoroughly, and then follow up with a lip mask. I received the product on February 14th. As someone with dry lips year-round and a habit of picking at them, especially in winter, I absolutely love this Bushman lip balm. It's so moisturizing that when I apply it before bed, I wake up with my lips still feeling smooth and hydrated, without any dead skin cells. My lips look calm and well-maintained. I highly recommend it! There's not really anything to complain about. My lips are chapped and flaky 365 days a year. That's why lip products are a must-have for me. I keep them everywhere - in my bag, living room, kitchen, vanity, and beside my bed - and apply them frequently. I've tried countless products, always searching for a good one to use long-term. Recently, I tried this product and it's so great that I had to leave a review. The texture is slightly soft, so when you apply it, it instantly moisturizes like Vaseline. Personally, I don't like products that are too hard and barely feel like they're there, as they can't soothe the dead skin cells. This one, however, immediately hydrates the flaky areas upon application. Yet, unlike Vaseline, it doesn't leave a greasy feeling. It's on the softer side, so in summer, you need to store it in a cool place. It's moisturizing without being sticky and has great staying power. When applied before makeup, it doesn't cause pilling even with lip products, and when used before bed, it keeps my lips from feeling dry until morning. I wish they would offer discounts more often. For someone like me who can't survive any season without lip balm, Burt's Bees is the ultimate hydration savior Due to its natural ingredients, it seems to have a softer consistency which might smudge easily. I wish the price was a bit more wallet-friendly. But I feel at ease with the Bushman lip balm because of its good ingredients! It applies moisturizing and smooth. I love that it's not sticky or greasy! With its affordable price, I think this will be my go-to lip balm. During summer, I sometimes had trouble twisting it back in after use. The hydration is excellent. I specifically sought out this vegan lip balm. I have skin allergies and usually get a rash immediately when using lip balms with harsh ingredients, but this one doesn't cause any reactions. It's so soft that it melts when the temperature rises. Apply it at night, and when you wash your face in the morning, it helps soften dead skin cells on your lips, allowing for flawless lip makeup application. Even if you forget to apply it for a day or two, your lips maintain their good condition, suggesting an improvement in the lip's natural barrier. As it gets a bit warmer, the formula can slightly melt. It's unscented, but it would be nice if they came out with fragranced versions or tinted options. If you've been unsatisfied with regular derma brand lip balms, purchasing this one is a game-changer!
