Any part of the body can be applied easily, the cost-effectiveness is excellent, and the Hwahae can be utilized in various ways. It is a convenient size to carry and hold, the cap is easy to open and close, and most importantly, it can maintain moisture all day long when applied to dry skin. The absorption is slower than other products, and when applied, the thick formula creates a coating-like layer, which some may find unpleasant if they dislike heavy or sticky textures. However, for moisturization, there is nothing better. I don't like it being a bit sticky, but it's a product I end up using and tolerating. - ok***Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 3, 2025
A top-notch hydration powerhouse. I apply it everywhere that's dry - lips, elbows, heels, you name it. When the weather warms up a bit, it can feel sticky, which isn't the most pleasant. Still, I use it often because it works hard to keep my skin hydrated. Mixing it with an emulsion or cream makes the texture lighter than using it alone, which I really like. - lo******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 2, 2025
A winter essential! Perfect for dry patches, arms, and heels. A little goes a long way, keeping skin hydrated for hours. It's so moisturizing that the tube lasts forever! It's on the richer side, so you'll need to adjust the amount you use. Since it comes in a jar, you'll want to be mindful of hygiene. - 12*********Dry SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessRecommendedMar 30, 2024
It was fantastic for applying to dry areas, and I loved seeing such a noticeable difference! Sometimes it can leave an oily residue after application, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with oily skin. - tw****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 24, 2023
Affordable! Generous amount!! Gentle on skin!! Vaseline has been around since we were kids, and it's still here - that speaks volumes, doesn't it? Since it's in a jar, I applied it liberally with my fingers and noticed a slight smell. Next time, I'll use a cotton swab or spatula to apply it. When I apply it to my face, I notice a few white sebum spots appearing, so I avoid using it all over. Instead, I generously apply it to my lips or use it on specific areas as needed! - jo********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 4, 2023
A holy grail lip balm in a generous size that's perfect for slathering on before bed. It's the ultimate hydration champion for overnight moisture. I've heard many people say that using products other than Vaseline might actually be better for your skin... - ko****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 16, 2023
Vaseline is a great all-purpose moisturizer that you can use all over. It's affordable, comes in various types, and even a small amount lasts for ages. I've tried many lip balms, but for lip hydration, Vaseline takes the crown. It's especially good to apply after brushing your teeth or before bed. I melt it into a lip balm container for easy use. It's generally unscented, though you might detect a slight medicinal smell. Being in a jar format, it can become unhygienic if you're constantly dipping your fingers in. Also, when you've used a lot, it can be a bit inconvenient to reach deep into the jar. I've found that melting it with perfume makes for a lovely solid perfume. If you find using a spatula tedious, try melting it into an empty lipstick or lip balm container for more convenient application. - dl****Dry SkinAtopic SkinRednessRecommendedSep 26, 2023
My lips are always dry with a lot of dead skin cells, so I apply this every night before bed. In the morning, I rinse it off during my face wash, then use warm water to gently exfoliate and remove the dead skin cells. If I use it for a week straight without a break, it's like my lips can't breathe. They sometimes get itchy, so I do need to take occasional breaks from using it. - yu*******Combination SkinInner DrynessRecommendedJul 21, 2023
There's a reason this is a steady seller - it's such a versatile product! I love that they also sell it in smaller sizes. I can't think of any downsides, no matter how hard I try... When doing a home hair dye job, apply it along your hairline to prevent staining. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedApr 16, 2023
It's incredibly rich when applied. That's why I can't use it on my face, but I'm using it on my heels, elbows, and anklebones. I love that it comes in a jar, making it easy to apply. The value for money is excellent. It's too oily to use on the face. I don't like the petroleum-like scent. It doesn't absorb well, and when I lie down on the bed, it transfers onto the sheets.
